Fabulous food, breakfast and dinner. The walled garden rooms are apprtments, well equipped and tastefully done, perfect for a couple and our dog, room out front for him and plenty of estate walks, he loved it. So good that this was our second time there ❤️🙏❤️

The food was incredible. Daily specials were fantastic. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, very quick service and soft music in the background. Some of the best gastro pub food. I would absolutely recommend it.

Birthday lunch with friends food was excellent, chaps enjoyed range of beers on offer. This was my 2nd visit to this restaurant after being there last year and wasn't disappointed again. Very nice inside without being over the top with some nice personal touches on the tables etc Food is Tremendous here!! Even if your just passing through and getting hungry its well worth stopping her

Stunning food and really friendly service. We had no booking but they fitted us in at lunchtime. I struggled to finish the main course -a delicious venison burger- after the starter of black pudding Scotch egg - also delicious

Good service. Very friendly. Food excellent. The only downside is the lighting from the car park to the entrance, my wife was injured on a bollard.

Restaurant food is fantastic. Best I've eaten (in Scotland) in a long time. Not your normal pub food, what you get is something similar to a 5 star restaurant in my opinion. Worth the visit. Would eat there again, 100%.

Stayed at hotel and dined with a great friend who is a member of staff at the hotel. Staff were welcoming, friendly and attentive definitely recommend.
