We are staying nearby at Berry Farm and visited for food twice. On the first visit (at short notice) 12 of us ate and drank and it was amazing, second visit 5 of us and again amazing food, wine and beer, our two 4 legged guests were made very welcome too. Highly recommend this fabulous place!! (Try the Jaffa cake bread and butter pudding)

Been to this lovely pub many a time and have never felt anything less than totally welcome. Having ensured I am booked in for a meal, especially on a special occasion like a birthday, found the food to be of the highest standard everytime and never been dissapointed. Keep up the excellent work and see you all again soon.

A leisurely stop for lunch after a walk around Meeth Nature Reserve, a really nice, friendly traditional country pub, the food was lovely, with a good choice of menu and specials, the accompanying salad was worthy of a mention, so fresh, we'll presented and tasty, highly recommended, 5*****

We had a chilly cycle ride to Meeth but the warm welcome, fire and fantastic rabbit and bacon pie at the pub made it worth it. Loved the little trivia cards on the table too so we were able to have our own quiz. This cycling group will definately be returning!

Have driven past this pub numerous times without stopping. I wish we had stopped before. Food and decor were fantastic, as was the service. Will definitely stop again.

Stopped at The Bull and Dragon for lunch while cycling on the Tarka Trail. The pub is a short distance up the road from the old station in Meeth. Really friendly greeting when we arrived. Beer and food was great. They even have their own beer (Bull Best) that was excellent 👌 Thank you for an enjoyable and well needed lunch.

We popped in on our way home from a hospital appointment today (8.11.23) just for one beer. What a revelation! Proper bitter. Real ale, made with English hops is a rarity these days, and the Bull and Dragon have their own. The Christmas menu looks amazing too, but that will have to wait for another time! Lovely atmosphere, comfortable seating and nice decor. We will definitely come again soon.

Very friendly and helpful staff who helped us out with food and drink despite being fully booked for Sunday lunch. A pint of Bull Best went down a treat. Thanks to all the staff for your understanding and top quality customer service. If you are in the local area you should check this pub out - but book ahead on a Sunday! 😎

This lovely pub we found following the tarka trail south from great torrington. Brilliant and quaint. Fat Chips are something special - crisp on the outside and really fluffy on the inside. We enjoyed two burgers and drinks which came up to around £30. All was clean, neat and tidy. The service and welcome was nice. They have several local ciders on offer. A great pit stop. Currently a limited kitchen on a Thursday (4/2023). They do have a special board on the day and a meal deal menu for those not so hungry.
