Very enjoyable and great food. Hosts were friendly and shared stories about the local culture. Recommend!
My friend and I plus one dog ended up at Maybole on Saturday 8th October 2022. We didn't want anywhere too packed out as wanted a quiet drink and some nibbles and we decided to try the Bistro. Cannot praise this ace highly enough. Lis and Ian are the perfect hosts and always make you feel very welcome. It has a calm and relaxed atmosphere. Love the autumn/winter months with the fire burning. Absolute wee gem in the town.

Lovely location in Maybole just off the A77. Fresh food cooked to order venison burger, beef burgers and roast beef. All very satisfied customers 😋. The location had an open area with picnic tables that overlooked Maybole. Lovely place to sit on a sunny afternoon.
Lovely little find. Great decor and service. We had 3 courses home made soup perfect,roast beef delicious, pudding perfect. Great pinot unfortunately the beer wasn't Good, don't think they sell enough. But will not stop us going back with friends.
Absolutely fantastic place. Top class staff who made us feel very welcome, great outdoor area and a lovely, cosy indoor setting that really added to our experience. Loved it.
Very nice inside and lovely sunny conservatory and beer garden. As it got busier we had a bit of a wait for the desert menu and I never got my tea but he was on his own and had a few tables to look after of larger groups so I understood. Would say its the nicest place to go to eat and drink in May
Food was delicious and specials of the day were described fully by member of staff. Very pleasant and attentive. Definitely recommend and will certainly be back
Absolutely brilliant little place tucked away in Ayrshire. If you find yourself anywhere near, I'd thoroughly recommend poking your head in, even for just a coffee! Excellent shark fin soup. Ryan refused to let me have cutlery as I was apparently only qualified to eat with chopsticks.
We were here for our friend's day2 wedding celebrations.had a great time.staff were fantastic.food delicious and the atmosphere electric.great out door area.
Lunch today. The weather was fab and spent a few hours in the beer garden. Lovely views and great food. The staff are so friendly. Would recommend the steak pie. The best I've ever tasted.
Great place to eat, as always. Staff friendly and great atmosphere. Made welcome. Although I had to wait for my pudding, but it was worth the wait. Highly recommended. Will be back soon. x

Hidden Jem of a Restaurant Nice decorated place with Lounge and they have a conservatorty and a beergarden. New decorated with personal touch in a historic building.
