This fish and chip shop is beyond description (well the food is anyway) the food is cooked to perfection every time, and now they take debit cards, perfect!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Fish and chips fairly good but didn't do gravy. Yes you read that correctly- don't do gravy. They have mushy peas but no gravy.
Personally, this is one of my favourite fish and chip shops in Norfolk. I am lucky to have this on my doorstep, but this shop has some amazing tasting fish and chips all for a great price. The service is always good and fast and the staff are friendly. Only problem for me is they only take cash and parking can sometimes be quite difficult. However, I highly recommend!

Mattishall fish bar is a good place to get food from. The food takes around 5 minutes to cook. Only complaint is they sometimes forget to put in fish cakes and charge you for them.
Under new management, so much better now than it was previously! We had a selection of fish, sausage, fish cake, chips and peas...all really good. All freshly cooked and portion sizes are generous. Fantastic to have a local decent chippy.

Prices have now gone up a small amount, but still great value for money. Would advise phoning your order ahead as they can be busy at peak times.
