Rating for the café only:
Lovely welcoming staff and very spacious but homely vibe inside. The porridge was gorgeous. I would say other items in general were quite expensive but this is somewhat forgiven due to the remote location. There's parking nearby and a lovely walk too.
A great place for a walk or cycle. Some amazing sights and the druids temple is definitely worth a visit. Nice cafe and great food. Take the dog and go for a visit!
Didn't stay in the post tents, parked for free and didnt pay (ha ha suckers), used the toilet and visited the druid temple
Beautiful location and staying in the yurts was a great way of being based.
The services on site were all fab and there were lots of nice little touches.
There is no electricity in the yurt which we were aware of, making for a nice change of pace.
Lovely - would happily stay here again. 😀
WOW!!! The Swinton Estate is BEAUTIFUL!!! So stunning everywhere you look! We had the most wonderful time exploring around the bivouac and Druids temple. Stayed in a yurt and did a Birds of Prey private class. The yurt was so luxurious and comfortable. Inside and out. This was by far the best servic
This is our second visit to the tree houses and for a weekend it's great fun!
We had four adults and it works well with the shared space, but couldn't imagine it with more people or kids because there's no room for storage or separate rooms.
Beautiful location and the staff put up birthday banners f
Stayed here for 2 nights a couple of weeks ago. We had booked a yurt but decided to upgrade to a tree lodge with wood fired hot tub. There is no electricity connected, which was novel. The surroundings and view from the lodge were just stunning with plenty of walks to enjoy as the accommodation is s
Nice cafe. Scones and cakes are quite large
A lovey glamping sight, perfect for large groups. We hired 2 yurts for our families and it was perfect. The communal kitchen and hot tub area worked really well for us and the kitchen was well equipped. The bbq and fridge were very useful and the yurts were really comfortable and with a log burner a
At the end of long uppy downy lanes car parking £3, cafe card only. We reserved our lunch (so not sold out!) as doing a 5 mile walk after visiting the Druid's Temple. Good choice of meals, cakes, drinks and foods in jars. Seating inside and out, water for dogs and toilets
Stayed in one of the woodland lodges. Absolutely stunning location, loved everything about this place, so quirky, beautiful and peaceful. Kids adored it too, so much for them to do. Will absolutely return. 5*
Great hosts and great accommodation. We have the best time staying in the yurt. Also you get as many logs for your fire burner as you want for no extra charge.

Awesome as always. Our third visit and only discovered on last night that we had access to our own toilet even though it's listed on welcome brochure!
What a gem of a place, great views, great walks, stunning food. Hidden away but well worth the effort to have a bit of time in nature. The yurts look lovely - must stay some time. The staff were really helpful too. Best burgers we've had in a long time!
Practically stumbled across this hidden gem on our way to the Druid's Temple.
Only visited the cafe/tearoom but I was blown away at how great this place was. The food was excellent and the staff were exceptional. There was a small room downstairs for families which was ideal and well thought out.
Our family (3 kids are between 5 and 13) stayed in one of the beautiful tree lodges at October half term. It was so cosy and surprisingly very warm. The kids really enjoyed going up and down the ladders to the different bunk levels! We liked the deck, the fairy lights and the peaceful location. Geor
Visited to do the druids temple walk in the woods. Everything is really nicely done. The cafe is lovely, toilets are clean. And it all has a really nice style and quality about it.
Very pretty close to great tea shop
