Food here is absolutely gorgeous! The chips are AMAZING! I live in Newcastle and have tried alot of parmos when I'm down here. The Vault Hatch is by far the best. Friendly staff, totally recommend this place.
Just had our first parmos from The Hatch. The home made chips are fantastic and a welcome change from the usual mushy fries served up at most takeaways. The parmos themselves were made from nice thick chicken and were genuinely better than many I've had from a lot of sit down restaurants.

Loved our parmo platter, I did get the vegetable one not thinking it was vegetarian, (i thought it was going to have a veg topping) it was yummy though! Salad didn't arrive but that's not the end of the world. It was delivered on time and Andy the delivery driver was very polite, will be ordering

Really delicious parmo with proper chips. All freshly cooked by friendly staff, and excellent value too. Even better, they use environmentally good boxes.
Always found the wait is worth it, best chips I've had. Staff are lovely. Try the 3 parmo combo.. wish they were in Yarm. Yes i travel all the way from Yarm for one.

Just been 2 the hatch 4 the 1st time..was unbeliveable had Hawaian Parmo..fries..salad..and coleslaw..which was 2 die 4 ..creamy and very tasty..the fries wer spectactular..parmo cooked perfect..just enuff betchamel ..not greasy..not overcooked..perfect..and very reasonable priced..good size portion
I now know what the hype is all about and why there is a 90 min wait.Ordered 2 parmo platters and where stunning quite simply the best around.Good things come to those who wait.Sorry could only leave you five stars.
