Been for lunch today and would highly recommend. The food is really reasonably priced for a good sized portion. I had a turkey and stuffing ciabatta and it was delicious. Service was quick and staff friendly, will definitely be going back �
Been in the pub a couple of times always been good the food is excellent. This time we arrived to a brass band playing had a couple of drinks a lovely day would recommend the pub.
Had a lovely night last night for my mum's birthday. Really lovely food, great portion sizes too! 8 of us ate, using the Groupon deal (great value), will deff be back! Be nice to sit out in the sun after a nice stroll along the canal. Service was fab, really friendly. Go & try it out, you won't be disappointed �

Loved the atmosphere on Sunday afternoon with the brass band. Fab music, lovely people and great beer! If going plan to get there well before three. Have a late lunch and enjoy great pub food too!
Best little pub this side of Australia. Dog friendly, nice Staff, snug and comfortable atmosphere and the food was excellent. Shame they didn't have Aussie Bundaberg Rum, sigh! Maybe one day ?? Thank you for special holidays memories.
I went for tea last night with my partner. Both had a mixed grill and it was absolutely lovely! Couldn't fault it. Used the groupon offer but this mixed grill on the menu was certainly not overpriced at £14, as the quality of the meats was great. Service with a smile and nothing too much trouble. Made to feel very welcome. Gorgeous puddings! Again really not overpriced (Malteser cheesecake a total winner!). My partner is quite picky and he was well impressed. Would definately go back. Thanks for a lovely evening. Enjoyed every mouthful!

We went as a family for Father's day Sunday lunch. Excellent food, great service, very friendly atmosphere. They also have regular brass band concerts outside in their beautiful garden by the canal side.
Right on the canal bank. Beautiful views and a pleasant atmosphere. Service was great, just stayed for drinks. Lovely and big garden area which has smoking and non smoking sections.
This is a lovely cosy local pub. The publicans are welcomeing and run a traditional style pub with good views. It has lovely views of the canal and an opportunity to sit outside under cover and with rugs.
Four os us went foor a meal, service and staff were excellent. Food was beautiful, ribs were to die for would certainly go again when next In area which will hopefully be next wk. Well worth a visit 😊 😊 😊

Four of us visited on a Saturday night. We all enjoyed the food which was piping hot and excellently cooked. The landlord and landlady were lovely and couldnt do enough for us. The pub itself has been fully renovated is spotless and very warm and comfortable. A couple of the rooms are dog friendly which is good if you take your dog for a walk along the canal and then can call in for a drink or lunch etc.
We will definitely use the outside beer garden in Summer - take our dogs, have lunch and maybe listen to one of the brass bands they often have booked.
In conclusion a lovely pub/restaurant which is well worth a visit with friendly people who care about their customers.

We went for some food with friends that are frequent visitors to Ring O' Bells. The food was top notch! Came out piping hot and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Warmly greeted by the landlord after travelling for an hour to celebrate my sisters wedding anniversary at our favourite traditional pub.
The servers are so attentive, friendly and professional. Nothing is too much trouble and the warm and cosy atmosphere is fantastic.
My Sunday roast had a very generous serving of melt in the mouth beef. The well cooked fluffy roast potatoes and swede mash were so full of flavour.
Truly in food heaven after savouring my delicious desert of golden syrup sponge and custard - yummy!

The pricing is very reasonable considering the home cooked food is prepared to a very high standard with tasty quality ingredients.

Sat outside overlooking the canal on an extremely hot day. It was very peaceful and everyone was so friendly.
From the two times we've been to this bar, I can only say good things about this place. The beers are tasty and fresh, other patrons usually up for a good chat, and the staff regularly checked if we needed anything.
Well. It is a lovely pub in a great location. Garden is lovely over look at the canal.
My only issue is the gentleman who seems to be the owner. Very confronting and ever so slightly comes as rude. Or better say need to brush his customer service.
He came to us saying you can drink but can not serve you food. Which is perfectly OK but the way he said it was the issue.
Anyway the staff though are great. The drinks are great and by the taste of the beer you can see they put a lot of care and attention to cleaning the pipes, etc.
Lovely pub with great beer garden. Had a couple of pints in the sun and it was thoroughly enjoyable.
