Popped in for lunch when we were in Marlow, first attraction was that it was dog friendly! Lovely little pub, great sandwich for lunch! Loves our muffeleta, Small kids menu but meets most tastes! Food was great.
Fantastic night in a friends stag do. Thanks Tim for a fantastic night. Great food. Beer and wine and port. What a great time. And great company. This pub is a really special place.
Happened to come across this pub and we'll worth a visit. Wonderful atmosphere and good food and good drink too
Great for parties! Booked an area of the pub for a party on Saturday and we had a great time! Good buffet platters and very accommodating. Great DJ and dance floor at the back too.
Don't know these guys wow stunning place, food and drink and the bar staff are amazing! !!
Wow! What a place ! You can't come to Marlow without visiting "The Ship"
5 service every step of the way.
Best place in town, for your midday or (late) evening drinks and or snacks!!!...
My favourite pub in marlow, full of character, and in the the summer a huge beer Garden to sit out in
It's been a while, but The Ship is looking trim and fabulous! Booked a party for a works leaving do, Jon reserved the top deck outside for us and was very helpful with the food situation as the kitchen galley had yet to be refurbished. Wonderful night had by all, it was too good to leave for anywhere else. Staff were very helpful and tidy. Looking forward to going back :)

Great service, location and good choice of drinks.
A proper Marlow pub! Serves the excellent Rebellion locally-brewed beers! The pizzas cooked fresh in a proper pizza oven are worth a try too!
Absolutely brilliant!!!! Live music on a Thursday night (Steph Willis). The crowd was varied in ages and lots up dancing.
The bar staff were welcoming and attentive.
Never been before but will certainly be back...and would 100% recommend it!
A 15th century pub house serving local brews. A quaint atmosphere inside but unfortunately they don’t serve any food, except pizza which is also not always served. But a great place to hang out if it’s only for drinks.
A very old pub in the centre of Marlow, it could be as old as the town itself. Nice to see such a nice example survive and prosper. Beer is well-kept with a reasonable range of choices. Food is decent pub quality. Evenings can get quite busy, but with good weather the space in the rear garden can be used. There was a time when Marlow had many more pubs, sadly many seem to have closed. The Ship has survived because it is popular, and it is popular because it is a decent pub.
Lovely pub very welcoming staff. i took my little dog with me. Gave my dog water and treats. We sat in front of the lovely fire. Will definitely return when next in the area. Five stars from me
Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, great servings and fair prices. Great offering of different beers and drinks.
When sun is out, the seating out back is perfect for lunch.
Lunch-menu is short, but good, and contains the most essential dishes.
It's been twenty years since I last was on board The Ship. Nice to see that it is still afloat and well maintained 👍
My favourite pub in Marlow. It's called the Ship for good reason... keep your head low! They serve excellent pizzas and good beer in a very unique setting. What more could one want? 😄
Went here for lunch, really amazing pizzas with generous toppings. Fantastic lunch deal which was really good value for money. The two staff members were really great, going above and beyond for us! All in all an amazing place.
Nice pub, great theme. Young staff, but rough round the edges but guess will improve with time!
Fantastic pub with a great selection of beers on draught, the staff are always in good spirits and it's a pleasure to drink there!
The Ship and its staff and residents is always a treat, On the tap you'll find some internationals eg. Peroni but the best of it all is that they serve fresh from the local Marlow Brewery! The finest and freshest beer 🍺 I've ever had ;-)
The oldest pub in Marlow. Looks to have a lovely beer garden. Good beers plesent atmosphere.
Nice cosy pub with very low ceilings and exposed beams. I saw a fireplace, but it looked like it was gas powered and therefore with energy prices as they are, it was off. Probably a good idea to change it for a DEFRA approved wood fired log burner.
Good beer and interesting interior.
A really Lovely place to stay! Staff are super friendly and welcoming, rooms are immaculately clean with all the amenities one could wish for. Would prefer a firmer mattress but that's my choice. Otherwise comfortable. Breakfast good too. Works definitely stay again
Great pub, great beer and lovely staff. The kitchen wasn't on when we went but they offered that we go over the road and bring our own food which I thought was lovely. Well worth a trip, the building is super old but is in great condition inside.
Nice pub, lots of drinks to choose from. Overcrowded, great atmosphere
