Popped in on a Saturday for a few drinks with friends and their baby. The pub is very spacious & pushchair accessible with a vast garden area. The football was being shown & the food was amazing. We had a number of tapas/small plates to share and each was exceptional. The drinks selection did not disappoint with an array of sprits and cocktails
Great pub and really good food. The team working were brilliant and really friendly. Won't hesitate to come back as this is a half way meeting point between us and friends/family. Parking is the only slight issue as the car park is small but there is plenty of nearby parking, just be aware that you may need to walk a few minutes.
Visited twice in a 2-day business trip. We had a great time both times! Lunch and dinner were very tasty, portions were big and it did not cost much. Very cosy environment and exceptionally friendly staff! Will definitely go back if I am in Marlow again!
Had a late breakfast at this pub, sitting outside in the sun on the new deck at the back. It’s been completely refurbished recently and looks great. Menu is straightforward and whilst not gourmet, is good value. I had a breakfast bap including hash brown plus a coffee for about £6. Food came swiftly and nice friendly service. Will definitely go back when next in Marlow.
It was class mate, both the cheapest pub in Marlow and the best service in Marlow. Andy the GM is very helpful and accommodating to everything you might ask or need!
Anyone visiting Marlow should visit the Donkey!
After not being to The Marlow Donkey for many years, my recent night out there was brilliant. I would highly recommend it for friendly, welcoming service that goes above and beyond. Si, the assistant manager was very attentive and made sure that our group had everything we needed. The front of house staff were equally attentive. A great experience.

Nice pub, good food quick service. Also has a good atmosphere and great outside areas for the summer. One fault is the limited parking spaces however if you are within walking distance is not an issue
We've lived in Marlow for 13 years with the Marlow Donkey as our local pub. Under this new ownership, it's the best it has been - really friendly staff (led fantastically by Si), great new decor, decent beers on tap, and consistently tasty food that's good value. Thanks to the new team for everything, keep up the great work!
Myself, My husband and our Dog "Bertie" had a fantastic time on Thursday at the newly refurbished Marlow Donkey.
All the staff were fantastic so attentive.
The Bar Manager was so presentable & busy but made time for us.

Visited last weekend, for dinner and drinks. I was pleasantly surprised with how great the service was and the food. I was served by Mia, she was bubbly and super helpful. Really nice dog friendly pub! Big fan of the garden area.
The staff in this place are exceptional. The food was also great so definitely worth a visit. Management were both warm and considerate, they went out of their way to make sure we were having a great time. Already looking forward to our next visit. Outstanding
The food at the Marlow Donkey is generally good. The menu features a variety of pub classics, as well as some more creative dishes. The portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable.

Loving the refurbishment - looks really smart (even has a heated veranda in the back garden).
Visited a couple of times since the re-opening and had some tasty reasonably priced food - would certainly recommend a visit.
New look Marlow Donkey is as great addition to Marlow's array of pubs and restaurants. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, especially Mia who ran through the current menu in depth. Bar staff serve a great selection of drinks, including local beer from Marlow Brewery. Great food, well priced, will return

All good inside, weekday lunchtime plenty of space. Food was good, service was a bit slower than ideal but OK. The one downside is parking...most of the parking is now for electric cars!
