Fantastic new staff, welcoming ambience and heart warming food. It was great to visit this pub again since it was shut. We loved everything, definitely this will soon be our go to place for every weekend. Well done to the team for amazing work.

So first things first Covid-19 has clearly had a impact into how the bar and restaurant is run and I’m pleased to say it all the better for it.
The pub is operating a tables service for drinks and food and although the menu says it is a restricted menu due to covid 19 it is still very comprehensive

Popped in for lunch after a long walk. Our food and drinks were served very quickly which was great as we were very hungry. The food was of a decent standard and the price was very reasonable. Such a great experience, lovely food, served by the most friendly service I've encountered in a long time. Our little one loved the attention and the extra service "princess level". The fish and chips was cooked to perfection, the rib eye tender and juicy and the chicken breast stuffed with spinach
