Called in here with a group of friends as we were passing. What a lovely little pub this is.. a "proper" pub 👌. The landlord Les was so friendly and welcoming as were the locals. My partner had the guest ale and he said it was the best he'd tasted in a long time. We will definitely be going back.
Such a comfortable and compact place. Staff wise welcoming and polite, array of beers and lagers very good. The cleanliness was very good too. Attention to detail was evident for all to see. We definitely be visiting again.

The last time I visited, there was a strong toilet smell. It was not very nice, but I sat out in the garden.
Recently, It has had a lick of paint, and I think by all accounts, some money is being spent on it.

Called in earlier for a few pints on the way back from a family meal. Never been in before, really good pub, everybody in there was welcoming and friendly. Nice atmosphere. Would definitely recommend and we will certainly be back.
