Great local store with local staff. Very friendly and willing to help. Staff always busy and sometimes a little stressed. Need these shops like these to set an example to the low cost retailers.

A busy supermarket. It also acts as a pick up point for John Lewis click and collect items. All the staff are friendly. Well stocked and presented even the fresh meat and fish counters were inviting if a little tight on space. It has a good atmosphere.

Always very nice and polite cashier. There no queues to the till at all and shop is so nice and tidy! Also there Always someone on shopfloor who can help if I can't find something.

Great to see the delicatessen has re- opened today! Went in just after 8 am and saw the nice ladies just finishing setting out the goodies. I wished them well and said I would pass the word round. They then told me that as I was the first customer to mark the delicatesse
Love it , friendly staff well stocked shelves and some great offers. Lovely coffee in the cafe, my favourite store.
Excellent service & staffing, with clear markings for social distancing & a staff member specifically cleaning the trolleys to ensure safety. Members of the public not so thoughtful or careful (!) but since we were socially distanced, you were mostly able to avoid those that were being thoughtless.
I would say they do have quality products 😁- fresh fruits and vegetables. Not sure if local. Huge varieties of flowers. They do bring seasonal flowers too indoor and outdoor too 😊. Meats poultry and bread 🤣 everything. Quite good 😊. Just a bit pricey for every day shopping ☺️ but good for special oc
Click and Collect was a very poor experience again today. I was expected to stand inside store, in close proximity to shoppers arriving through front door, to wait for my order to be retrieved. Yet again my chilled order has been given to someone else and was I expected to stand around in the store
It's a great store. The reason I've given it four stars is that the store is too close to the car park. There should be some separation such as a path. The layout seems a little dangerous.
Clean and tidy store. Plenty of trolleys outside but you'll need to use a £1 coin to release one! Inside, its a fairly standard layout and range. I did find the staff to be very helpful and friendly and that made it a pleasure to shop here.
