I ordered fish n peas. It was very good. Crunchy batter at the ends of the fish & it was cod! Check out the pics. Hardly any of that horrible gooey white spongy stuff underneath the batter that you get at most chippies. Would I recommend &/or go again? Based on my experience, Absolutely...
I love this chippy. Amazingly large portions and the chips are very tasty, not too greasy but just right.
The prices are very reasonable and are open most days.

Lovely staff who are quick and friendly when serving. Really good, competitive prices and it's always nice and busy- clearly good food! When we got ours, it was hot and the chips were fresh and crispy. Amazing!!!

My wife and I were in Market Drayton and thought we would try Cookies. I am glad we did. The Fish (Cod) Chips mushy peas and gravy were all excellent. If your in Market Drayton why not give Cookies a try.
