Typical Spoons (#124) Food was nice, sat by the windows people watching Little terrace Not much kerb appeal Nice staff
Various places to sit; cosy nook, bar area and a light dining area. A good choice of food on the menu. Good place to go if you don't feel like cooking. Parking is mot available on site but there is street parking and car parks nearby.
Better than your usual 'spoons pub. Food was good, arrived fast and quality sized portions. Easy going atmosphere and good for a quick pint or two
Great "Spoons" building as always and renowned for their locations and buildings! It does exactly what it says on the tin...,,good value, their pub grub is good and always have a good "real ale" local guest beers on tap! Their fish and chips are perfect as well as all the other food on the menu...
Great place very big good staff clean spotless ground floor toilets Good selection of drinks
Nice atmosphere. Knowledgable young man on the bar knew about the beers he was selling. All around a good place to visit.
Food is always good here, I recommend the eggs benadict for breakfast. Free coffee/tea refills all day. Clean and tidy and the staff are friendly.
Large Wetherspoons pub, former old cinema, so sadly rather dark inside, lighter towards the front, and there is a nice sun trap drinking area at the front. Nice enough place, historical and very good value on drinks and food. Well worth a visit.
Just had a drink outside. All on one level inside, even toilet s, makes it wheelchair friendly. Looks really nice inside.
Been here many times recommend it. Went on a Tuesday. Steak day. No steak..no fish..had the chicken wings and the scampi. Beware the sauce with the wings very very hot
Great food, friendly service, very clean and good prices. The pub itself is beautiful.
Didn't have food so can't comment, went with scooter club and had a good time , service excellent, good atmosphere
An enjoyable if predictable experience. But no complaints. Wetherspoons is what it is. But at least it's consistent in it's service. You know what choices you will have. It's cheap and cheerful. Generally my Wetherspoons visits are enjoyable and this one, although brief was no exception. I was
