Stumbled across this little gem whilst finding shelter from a rainy morning in Margate. The staff were so warm & welcoming and although we only had scones and coffee’s the menu looked really appetising. Had a nice chat with a lovely couple of customers too :) This is a nice quirky cafe and nothing was too much trouble for the ladies that served us. Would definitely like to try the breakfast sandwiches as they looked amazing!!
Great for young children! They have a lovely outdoor seating area, with colourful table umbrellas for shade, and a little play zone full of toys, cushions and books- great for babies, toddlers and young children. The food itself is yummy and AFFORDABLE!
The kids menu is very accessible with pictures for them to choose themselves, with a lovely selection including healthy options such as hummus and pitta and fruit, and treats, such as a few mini biscuits or crisps.

Must go place in Margate. The owner of the cafe Amy is very welcoming. The atmosphere is very cozy. If you are stranger in town like me, get a free advice from Amy 🎉
What a find! If you have kids, grandparents, vegetarians, vegans, gluten-free needs, or if you are just plain hungry, this is the place to come for a lunch, brunch or snack. A fantastic range of sandwiches, toasties, baked jackets etc, all with salad garnish. Plenty of amusements for the little ‘uns, either outside in the garden or in the upstairs near the WC. Service with lots of smiles, and the ‘extra hot’ flat white requested came ‘extra hot’ - ‘Respect!’ to the lovely lady and her team 👏🏼🙏🏼
Lovely new cafe, we stopped by for a late breakfast, loads of small kids play stuff in the garden with the supporting equipment you need for them... play area and more seating upstairs to.
A lovely quirky feel, the inside ground floor was a kid free zone, lovely old building, really friendly and engaging owner, and a great story re why it's called the little fish cafe.
Dog friendly and they did our one a lovely "dog sausage" too. Coffee was really very nice.

Great for kids, amazing indoor and outdoor play areas. Owner and staff are always friendly and welcoming. Nice menu of simple classics done well, at affordable prices.
It was raining and all the tables were full up inside. A few of us were happy to stay out in the courtyard under the umbrellas. I was served the most delicious feta cheese salad and crisps with my cider! Served with a smile as always, even though getting wet to do so!

What a gem of a cafe. Lovely welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff and gorgeous food. We both had a cheese and tomato panini and a mug of tea. Presented beautifully, very tasty and at a very reasonable price. Lots of toys for children, they really go the extra mile.

Lovely cafe with very friendly staff. Good food. The pick and mix lunch for children is great as we got to choose healthy options. The child friendly theme with colouring table, toys, games, and outside tough tray play area means we will definitely be back for a relaxing family lunch.
Great little cafe. Have my lunch there when time permits. Owner is very nice and the food is great. Areas set aside for small children and vegan options. Its situated in the old town area.

Wonderful little cafe, very very children friendly with toys in the garden space and upstairs as well as an excellent pick n mix menu for the littles. The last that runs it is pure class, service was amazing. Will def be back.
