I absolutely love the food at Dive. I have tried everything on the menu and it’s all delicious. The quality of the produce, the generous portion size and the presentation is just perfect!! Love the friendly service and my favourite has to be the margaritas! The best I’ve ever had! I will be back for tacos and margaritas every time I visit Margate!

Really tasty food, very well cooked and presented. The portions are on the small side, I could maybe have eaten 20% more, but what I did eat was delightful, especially the quesadilla. Only outside seating so it was a little chilly, but on a sunny day it would be beautiful. Definitely worth a stop, but you need to book ahead!

Loved! A really special spot. They were so accommodating and friendly helping me organise a birthday lunch. The location is fabulous, with views over the harbour, great atmosphere. Cute little decor touches like the bright pink windows, ceramics and dried flowers. But the main event here is the food. A reassuringly small menu, we loved everything! I had the fish tacos and trout tostada and they were really fresh and flavoursome. Can't wait to come back for more...

Amazing margarita and tacos in margate. Had the fish and beef taco! Wanted to try the crab but it wasn't on the menu when I came. Taking one star off coz the food was a little bit slow. Will come back though. Dog friendly!

Dive is home to tacos and margaritas on margate harbour arm. The setting is so special and would be extra amazing on a sunny day. Staff were so sweet and friendly. Everything we ate was very very good. Tortilla chips & the smoothest, silkiest Guacamole. Quesadilla - at £7.50 - were delicious: corn tortillas filled with a blend of string cheese, crumbly cheese and tomatillo salsa. Mushroom Taco  - at £8 - were two tacos with three deep-fried oyster mushrooms, pickles, iceberg lettuce, tomato and silken tofu remoulade. Great value. Booking recommended here but a sweet space with immaculate vibes.

Honestly our favourite place to eat in Margate, we come every time we visit and are always impressed. Some of the most beautiful, locally sourced fish I’ve ever eaten. I go on about it so much to anyone visiting Margate, it’s too good to miss! The only downside is that it’s all outdoor seating but 10000% worth the risk of rain.

I've wanted to come here for ages and finally made it today! I had hyped it up a lot in my head, based on other reviews, but I was not disappointed!! Incredible quality food and flavours, amazing thoughtful drinks and lovely friendly service. Enough on the menu to satisfy mine and my husband's vegetarian and meat eating diets, respectively. We basically sampled the whole food menu bar one dish. Possibly the best tacos/tostadas/quesadillas I've ever eaten in the UK and on par or better than some of the taco places I've eaten in the US (to me the US is to Mexican cuisine as the UK is to Indian cuisine). (I've not been to Mexico so can't compare on that front, but I don't think I need to go now!!😂). Will be back again for sure! Can't wait! FYI It's all outside seating so if the weather isn't great wrap up warm! And booking is pretty much essential, a couple of walk-ins were accepted but it was busy when we were there.

Our favourite place in all of Margate! The mezcaladas and fish tacos were insane, you’re not doing Margate right if you don’t go here. Staff were also super lovely and the location is spot on :)

Not your usual tacos. So good I had to a third once mine were all gone. Small menu and lovely staff, must try. Also great spot where you can watch the bay, or chill above the restaurant and watch the sea.

Such lovely margs, fresh and loved the tajin rim! My friends got the mint tea drink and it was so full of flavour. The lady who sat us down was so bright and cheerful and the guy who looks are drinks was so welcoming! Service was 10000/10, defo a must go if you're ever in Margate!!

Cannot rave about DIVE enough. Consistently the best little restaurant in Margate. The margaritas are top notch (again I am pleading for them to bring back the Mezcal margarita) and the food is to die for. Always service with a smile and it can't be beat on a beautiful day. Order the quesadillas, you won't regret it!

Highly recommend if you’re passing through Margate! This is a great little place (outdoor seating only) with great vibes and most importantly excellent food! We had the tortillas & quasadillas to start, and a mix of pork/fish tacos for mains.

Tidy little place with great things to offer. The basics - beans, chorizo, potato, egg - are spot on and the salsas bring notes of freshness and zest. Lovely atmosphere that brings warmth even outdoors on a chilly March afternoon. You will bring home a jar of chilli crunch so budget accordingly.
