This was the first time I had a Japanese fusion pizza. I have to say, it was pretty good, and it’s always fun to try new things.
The miso and soya base worked with the pizza bread, and the garnishes on top gave it a good lift for some sharper flavours and crunch.

Went to ralphs on a Saturday evening without a booking. Despite being happy to wait the 45mins they advised us it would take, we ordered and were served our pizzas within half an hour! Honestly some of the best pizza I have ever tasted! Friendly service, you can see the pizza being made by the chef. I hope I can visit again from London soon as that Super Pomodoro pizza was delicious, to me the extra special ingredient was the sweet pepper pearls 🍕#pizza

Delicious pizza and cute venue, huge windows and bathed in light - although service was quite slow. Chef was taking a lot of time and care (and quite a few photos) of each pizza, which meant we had quite a wait even though there was only 2 tables ahead of us. But would go back again for the pizza
