How amazing is this bakery and coffee shop? It may be the best sourdough in the area and the cinnamon buns and pain au raisins are phenomenal (and too big, I took half home). It is an amazing place in a slightly wrong location.

Bakery heaven! We had breakfast here, and was really hard to choose - everything was so tasty. Sandwich with pesto and goat cheese, cinnamon bun and cruffins. Cappuccino nice and hot. Their breads look also very nice. Service is friendly and quick. Big indoor space to eat.
My partner and I had a cinnamon swirl and an almond croissant. They were huge, and the pastry was flaky and light. Easily the best pastries we've ever had!
Great little hidden bakery that offers bread, cakes, pastries and coffee. It gets busy on the weekends so either get there early or be prepared to queue. The sausage roll is really meaty and the cinnamon bun is nice.
We really enjoyed our trip to Modern Provider. The space is quite large and they're managing social distancing really well. The bread was amazing, perfect sourdough, as are their sandwiches and cakes. Must visit earlier next time for pastries!
Provider of the possibly some of the best sourdough loaves I've had. The Cruffin was something else - croissant dough fried and filled with lashings of raspberry jam though plenty of other flavours and treats available including savouries and delicious local staples like eggs and butter.
Really nice cafe, dog friendly, and very friendly, pastries are huge and really rather good, loads of seating outside if the weather is good, and very well spread out inside too. Open plan so you can see what's going on.
One of our group was very fussy re sausage rolls and she loved their sausage rolls @

What is this, a bakery for giants? The largest pastries I have ever seen, but _delicious_. We had the (huge) pain au raisin and the (thic) sourdough BLT and both were amazing.

Fantastic baked goods. Best sausage roll I've had in a few years. Massive croissants - my husband said was superb. Loads of seating inside and out, and dog friendly too.
Lovely hidden gem, pastries as big as your face and the fudgiest fudge cake - need to return for the sourdough toasties!!

This place is TOPs. Great edition to Margate. The pastries are truly fab esp. the lemon and poppy seed cream cake. The pecan pie and pan aux raisin are a pure delight too. The Sour dough is wonderful esp when they fully crust the top. Only problem is they sell out super fast on a Saturday. You need to be there before 10am really. Keep on doing what you are doing guys.
We visited here today for our lunch and had really good food. Hospitality of the host was excellent. Highly recommended. Would most definitely visit here again. Great value also. We were also given 3 pastries to take home which were most appreciated. Thank you so much.
Love LOVE Loooove this real bakery, its so good you need to get there in time so it won't be sold out. Lovely staff and since moving plenty of space to sit down. Coffee cups are small though, would love to have bigger/more options to enjoy with all the yummie pastries i'd like to buy there.
