Visited in a group of 5, having failed to get into anywhere else for something to eat.
This weekend was particularly busy, given that the weather was at its hottest, and a music concert was going on at Dreamland.
We ordered from self service, and it was brought to our table within around 15 minute
I’m very happy and delighted to say I had a lovely experience at Margate mcdonald’s. This lovely lad served me and was honestly the best help at giving me directions to Dane road, Im not from around Margate but this lead me to buy a lovely meal. I believe this lads name is Leo or Leon??? I’m not too
My wife and I took our four grandchildren to Macdonalds on Saturday afternoon.
The restaurant wasn’t too busy and we found a great table by the window. Our order was taken by a very attentive and understanding girl at the counter and shortly after Keith delivered our meal to us and carefully checked
Not bad, the staff was very moody who delivered the food to the table. Service with a smille definitely lacking at this branch
Amazing atmosphere there was a lady called nikki that was working on the floor lovely she was so kind funny and so friendly, food was nice xx
Food is good and quick as I only had a short time before going onto a meeting
Food arrived quickly and was good quality, as expected atmosphere of McDonald's can be chaotic
Food is like any other McDonald's but the customer service is top rate. Abbi Dee makes the place worth while

Nice staff and good seating areas.
McDonald's enough said but the actual town of Margate very dirty and run down lots of closed down and boarded up shops stick to the sandy beach much better
Since the refurbishment, the in-store service has declined, the quickest way to be served is drive-thru or click-n-serve
There seems to be a 5x waiting time for regular takeaway with no visible staff/manager who seems to be willing to prioritise in store service if only by 1 person
Food can sometimes be hot but sometimes cold
Overall good but think the manager should remember to her people skill and speak to her staff without the customers having to hear
