I think you must be under new management? We came for lunch today and walked into the smell of polish! The place was spotless and the tables weren’t sticky anymore. Staff friendly and food was good too �
lovely staff and a nice atmosphere My mac and cheese was lovely and Martins large plate cod was tip top. Love the friendly homely atmosphere would definitely go again.
I just had to try some of the new burgers, and the Hungry Horse sent me discount code for 40% off, so I had two. Lol.

Lovey stuff, very affordable prices, good sized meals, it was delicious. Dog friendly place, they have a huge garden.
Staff all round friendly. Had some chicken strips and they were fresh and the sauce was hot. I would like to thank the chefs in the kitchen and the staff in whole who work daily to support this business.
Very tasty meal, staff very friendly and helpful. Can't fault the food and although the red wine I had was a nice wine when I got to the last mouthful I ended up with a mouthful of cork. When I told the staff member he reimbursed the money for it and apologised. Wasn't anyone's fault just a bit of a shock to have lumps in your mouth unexpectedly. 🤦♀️ other then that was a very lovely experience and will be returning.
Great food, friendly staff and lovely atmosphere. Plenty of seating indoor and out. Very clean and well looked after.

Hello, today myself and my other 7 guests enjoyed delicious food with exceptional service. Eileen was a delight to talk to, very friendly and amazing service. Our waitress Josie was a wonderful host, provided great service and she is a positive and blessed individual. All the staff are great and very welcoming, great atmosphere and outstanding value for money. We will be back again soon 😀
Had a steak sizzler and my friend had the gammon. We could not get over the size of the portions. They were amazing and tasted delicious. The presentation of the meal made you hungry just by looking at it. Will definitely recommend this restaurant/pub and will definitely go again

Popped in for some lunch today and went for the Mac and cheese. Was really nice but was a bit miffed to why they charged £1.50 for 2 very small bits of what is advertised as garlic bread

I came here for a family meal. The food was lovely excellent value for money. The menu has got a brilliant variety. The service was really good. All staff was very attentive and polite. We will definitely be returning
We come here a fair bit and last few times we have had good experiences. The most recent one we went here for a meal as it was my wife's birthday meal with family. We took her parents who had never been before and they also very much enjoyed it. The staff were great the food came out very quickly and was pipping hot. We had puddings too. Only thing I dislike is the whole restaurant is well overdue a revamp

Food is good value for money
Visited on a Sunday had the roast beef. It was amazing staff are very lovely will be visiting again for sure would recommend to anyone.
