Without doubt the best Fish N Chips ever!! The queue round the block says it all but well worth the wait!! Always a must when I visit Margate
Honestly the best fish and chips I’ve had in this country! So much so we have been back three times (we live 45mins away). I’ll rave about them when we had back to Australia next week!

Popped down to Margate as I haven't been since I was younger- of course my husband and I just had to have fish & chips! We found yours and I absolutely LOVED it!! Lovely little shop, friendly staff and it really added the Margate Magic to our day! Thank-you! :)
It's best fish n chips ever. Very helpful staff. I come and visit my nan in Margate and always have to have fish and chips with my family. There isn't anywhere in the country better.

Chip buttie was amazing 10/10. Fresh (crispy on the outside fluffy on the inside) hot, tasty chips n the bread roll (aka a cob in derbyshire) was lovely n the sausage was quality too. Hubby had a winter special which he said was 9/10 (hes a hard critic). Made our day
Best fish 'n' chips ev-ver! Seriously seriously the best. I had two Japanese exchange students with me to experience British seaside and British Fish 'n' Chips. So glad I brought them in to Pete's. Now you can say you are loved in Japan too.
Good! A nice fish factory near to the sea with different types of fish. It's just a but messy all around there.... There are a lot of people and a lot of fish too..
One of the best fish and chip takeaways I’ve had. The fish was so tender and fresh and crispy, meanwhile the chips were chunky, soft in the middle and had some crispyness. Mushy peas were delicious too. The prices were reasonable and I love that they are keeping the cone of chips alive and well. Great outdoor seating too! Plus the service was super quick and I added extra salt and vinegar which was on the counter as you receive the food.
The chips here was lush I had a large battered sausage again very Tasty with some curry sauce the sauce was really nice kinda reminded abit chinese curry style really nice enjoyed very much wish I had got another tub of curry. My mum had the battered cod and chips again very nice
Amazing fish and chips. Nice location. But a lot of the menu items were unavailable. Would love to go back and try the other fish we wanted to try.
The queues maybe as famous as what they sell, but they’re full of folk about to be treated to some of the best fish & chips for miles around.
Well worth the wait!
The service is brisk & friendly and the prices & portions are reasonable.
There are tables outside if you’re lucky to grab them and the sun is shining.

I've been here several times over the years and it never seems to disappoint. Beautifully seasoned chips, with a perfect chip shop texture and the fish is always cooked to perfection. It's delicate, delicious and coated with a devine crispy batter every time without fail.
On this occasion I ordered the haddock and chips special for just £5.95! Great value for money and great tasting food. Get yourself down to Peter's Fish Factory if you haven't done so, it's a game changer!
Arguably the best fish and chips I’ve had in my life. I would have shared a picture of the meal, but in a state of euphoria I ate everything before I took a photo. Chips and fish cake were stunning. Sausage was also world class. If there is one small gripe is that there was no discernible queueing system - simple sign of which way down the street to queue would sort. Absolutely stunning place.
Lovely fish and chips, delicious curry sauce. Glad we found this place after seeing some really iffy places along the seafront !
We sat and enjoyed our fish and chips in a quieter spot along the sea with not so many seagulls!
