Angela's Seafood Restaurant - Margate - Photo album

It’s not as good as everyone says, it’s better. Make sure you book in advance. One of the best seafood meals we have had in a long time. Prawns and scallops starter, monkfish and halibut mains with the chocolate cake to finish. Kudos to the chefs who both looked exhausted by the end of the night, su
Had an amazing meal at Angela's. The food was delicious and the service really friendly and welcoming. Book in advance as it's very popular! We had one main fish dish to share and then some starters and this was plenty. Only point, I think laptops should be banned from the restaurant :)
We managed to book a table on this warm autumnal day after a short local walk to build appetite. Angela's was plain amazing in all respects, we asked about their smoked prawns and were told they source seafood from Hastings and have it done special. John Dory was superb. Classic mussels. Oysters w
Food was exquisite and fresh. The sourdough bread was to die for and lobster was amazing. We didn’t like the alternative version of the coke as it did not taste like coke. We were also sat at the back so the atmosphere didn’t feel good and it’s quite run down with it being a bit dingy at the back. S
Delicious! After visiting the sister restaurant Dory’s the previous night, we jumped at the chance to make a visit to Angela’s. We had a bean and courgette dish with a side of bread for lunch, before dashing back to London. Lovely. (Apologies for my last image: the presentation was much more perfect
Second time here and it's been wonderful both times. Amazing mussels, I literally dream about them. Great with gluten free dietary requirements. Scallops were perfect. Prawns lovely. Would have liked a finger bowl as we had lots to eat with hands but appreciate it's more stuff for the table/clearing
Food was all spectacular, so much flavour packed into each dish while still keeping the fish centre stage. Service was very friendly and knowledgeable. Quite possibly the best restaurant in Margate!
A really good meal at Angela's with a gratis taster at the start, some really interesting wine, and some beautifully good seafood. The muscles as a starter were exceptionally good. A table for six was set up near the window, and a great atmosphere ... people loving their food. Book well in advance t
One of the best seafood restaurants we’ve eaten at! Everything was cooked to perfection, the bisque was particularly delicious. Friendly waitresses and great location in Margate.
Some of the best food my boyfriend and I have ever had. The scallops were the best either of us have ever eaten, for mains we got the turbot and fish “chorizo” and the hake with a bisque. We got a side of bread, potatoes and greens and also got the house Sauvignon blanc to share - absolutely delicio
