Perfect stop after a tiring hike, and touring inside St. Michaels Mount. I enjoyed their Blueberry Bakewell - it was soft, heavenly and not too sweet, just the right amount of sweetness. I also bought their hot chocolate and croissant, which was good. The sausage roll was not to my liking; it was a
Lovely little cafe, I'm a kittle bit of a picky eater and would of loved if the kids sandwiches had the option of being bought by themselves instead of in a set meal option. Scone was nice.
We had Cornish pasties (steak + cheese &onion flavours) - they cost almost £7 for 1! The good thing is that they are a decent size and piping hot. Also had a chicken wrap as well although the packaging made it look bigger than it was. They didn't have any quiche options when we were there. Also, th
Stopped over for some Cream Tea and a few cakes after visiting the castle. The Scones were incredible! Followed by a view of the town to accompany it, couldn't think of a better place to enjoy a Cream Tea!
Nice place to stop for rest and refreshments. Can get very busy at times and prices a bit higher than average. But service okay and coffees are lovely. Plenty of seating outside, slightly less inside. Staff are very busy, so are not able to offer much time to service, it's more like a canteen servic
As a now keen reviewer of National Trust cafés (thanks Jamie), this one was a pleasant surprise. Expected it would be really busy due to the numbers of people around but the staff were all extremely switched on and the long queues moved swiftly. Standard food types but the Cornish pasties were a sta
Nice Cafe
Popped into the Island Cafe on St Michaels Mount on our trip to Cornwall. It is situated next to the beautiful gardens and overlooks the causeway over to the mainland. It has a beautiful seating area outside and was a very relaxing area to sit and have a nice cup of tea.
Nice place for a quick coffee at the Island St Michaels Mount. Self service, and very friendly👏🌈
Nice litter cafe at St Michael's Mount. Que did not seem that big when we got there but took 45mins to be served. Prices not too bad. Food was good.
Friendly, brisk service, although note that the ice cream shack outside is cash-only. Inside does take card, thankfully. You can also get discounted pasties (£2.50) which are still quite warm out the oven at about 4pm. Perfect if you are waiting for the ferry queue to thin down.
The scones are really nice and an o.k price compared to others in the area. Sandwiches had interesting fillings. Lovely view.
Food is amazing and tasty, best chocolate cake ever, quick service even if busy. Excellent views.
Great service with welcoming staff. Lovely coffee and pasties, with good veg selection considering the size of the place. If it’s good weather try and get a table outside looking over the bay!
Good seating space, nice food and beverage options but with a price tag, which isn't unreasonable considering where you are.
