Gluten free afternoon tea was a delight! I loved being able to sample all of the teas with my tiny sandwiches. It was wonderful to have a proper gluten free scone with all the trimmings. An excellent spot for a celiac/coeliac or a mixed group.

Cream Tea for anyone - great selection of teas! Dont be put off by the menu board at the front you can just have tea not just the £10 cream tea! In the end what seemed a little high price was actually good value! 👍

Amazing shared platter with local ham, cheddar, pickled fennel, smoked mackerel, celeriac salad, chutney and home-baked bread. Everything absolutely delicious!!! Chutney to die for!!! Slightly on the expensive side but it was worth it. They were very busy and we had to queue for about 10 minutes. Food arrived very swiftly though which was great.

We came here for some seafood and seafood is what we got. Was pretty nice. We took a risk bringing our young children but they had a buger on the menu so we were just fine. The kids also decided that the flies buzzing around the restaurant was the entertainment...I guess in a way they weren't wrong.

The sharing platter is incredible; best ploughman’s ever. Giant blocks of cheese, thick sliced ham, soft smoked mackerel and crisp greens. Skin on chips were awesome too. We struggled to finish the two dishes between us, and we were starving! Absolute bargain

Best sausage rolls EVER! alongside that, the ice-cream was delicious, recommend the cornish fudge flavour. The staff was also very friendly and nice. Will definitely come back and try more things!

Latte, tea and 2 Seasonal Salads . Apart from the table being a bit sticky the food was excellent. Manor House figs, Cornish blue cheese and walnuts with seasonal leaves, blue cheese dressing and freshly baked brown bread. Absolutely delicious. Lots of friendly staff and large airy eating area.

Have been here several times and enjoyed food. Today had the brill special, see menu board photo for description. More a nouvelle cuisine presentation than a hearty meal but the quality more than made up for lack of quantity. Price ok but if you wanted bangers chips and beans you probably would not agree.

Really nice ice cream. Would recommend the Strawberry and Clotted cream and the honeycomb. Also have passion fruit sorbet, yum. Hot chocolate is weak though. Please look to Butler's Chocolate Cafe to change this
