Philps Famous Pasties - Marazion - Photo album

We were recommended this place for Cornish pasties and didn't have any cause to regret it. Very close to St Michaels mount, friendly staff, quick service and hot, well made pasties. Loved everything about it - the pastry case, filling and flavour. One of those kept me full for a long time and after
Honestly one of the best Cornish Pasty that I have tried. I ordered the Standard Steak. It was around £4-5. It was spectacular. The filling was amazing. But the real winner was the bread. It was good and flaky. It was the first time that I was also able to finish the sides which I don’t normally eat
Great pasties, variety is brilliant, had them ever since I was a kid on holidays and it's still tradition now I'm much older!! Perfect place to sit and eat my pasty :)
I walked in to get a pastie and was told steak wos out, and they only have minced. I have ordered that and was handed one in seconds. It was hot and really tasty. I did enjoy it. It was decent size to and it filled me up. Also there was good mix of potatoes, mince and other vegetables inside but bee
Best vegan pasty I've had in Cornwall so far. Was so surprised by how heavy it was, how filling it was, and honestl, if I worked in the mines I would be satisfied with this huge thing! Would definitely return and so many options for non-vegans too.
One of the best pasty’s I’ve ever had, full of flavour. Although it was one of the first I’ve ever eaten in Cornwall as it was my first time visiting here. Had a couple since and still top of the leader board. Lady serving was friendly too.
During our stay in Marazion we bought steak Pasties, Carrott cake, chocolate fudge brownie and fruit scones. ALL were delicious and good value for money. The pasties were flavoursome with a decent amount of steak. Pastry was perfect, really tasty 😋 We bought pasties and scones to take back to Essex
Outstanding classic steak pasty. Ate in with tomato sauce in the pouring rain. Delightful and efficient service.
Had a steak pasty to eat overlooking St Michaels Mount and some plain scones for later. Both lovely, especially the scones which are the best I’ve ever had! Staff were pleasant as well.
Sooo good. The pastry is nice, soft, flaky and ever so buttery. It's definitely a must-try if you're in town visiting.
The best Cornish pasty I have ever tasted. Back down to Cornwall this week and will definitely go to Philps again
Well worth the hour plus wait! Pastry was delicious, fillings were seasoned, tender and plentiful! Couldn’t recommend it enough After reading the other bad reviews, I can honestly say that my customer experience was good... one mentions they needed ketchup, I would say stick to eating food from Icel
Best vegetarian pasty I ate during three months in Cornwall.
Nice and delicious pasties , we always go to them when we are this side of Cornwall for a day out , highly recommended
Arrived early, parking on street, to buy pasties for our picnic lunch out at St. Michaels Mount. A good Cornish pasties had in a while. Fair price for a good sized pastie, plenty of filling and wonderful flaky buttery pastry. Tasted and smelt great. The shop had a good selection of other fresh past
Smashed an Elephants foot, pizza and a drink for £7! All great quality food and made up for the rubbish visit to St Michael’s rip off, I mean Mount. Staff were lovely, really friendly and on point, credit to the business. My kids polished off a pizza and wanted another, great quality. Thanks again y
Amazing especially when fresh out of the oven,,,, The flakey steak may be one of the main reasons why I could never go Keto
