Very welcoming and friendly staff, first class service, so hard to find in the UK. The food was exceptional. I must say the steak was the best I've had, and I am fussy. My wife enjoyed her vegetarian dish, I was jealous of the noises she was making during her meal lol!! Absolutely fantastic place, thank you to all the staff. Hats off to the chef...!

Fantastic staff, extremely friendly and helpful and food first class. Have had a meal cooked by Michelin 2 star chef and the desert was as good if not better.

Lovely setting, out from the centre of town, and with incredible views from the lounge and terrace. Smartly decorated public rooms, convivial staff who go about their work in a casual and efficient manner... we haven't stayed over night, but have visitred for Sunday lunch and afternoon tea.

My wife, German Shepherd and I had a fantastic stay at this lovely little hotel. Our spacious dog friendly room was on the ground floor with access to a pebbled garden area. Whilst missing the amazing views that are on offer from the first and second floor rooms, it was well equipped and comfortable. One star dropped as we had high expectations of the food given previous reviews and whilst the food was enjoyable it wasn't exceptional. Staff were really friendly. We would certainly return and recommend to friends and family.

This hotel is set in a wonderful location over looking Mounts Bay and castle. It has been beautifully renovated and is now really comfortable light and airy. We went for lunch which was delicious and served by very friendly staff. I can't wait for the weather to improve so we can sit outside looking at the lovely view and sipping on one of their fantastic cocktails.

We stayed in a top-end room with lovely views of St Michaels Mount. Very pleasant room with comfy beds. Disappointed by our dinner which was overly rich with no vegetables to speak of - other guests apparently really liked it. We ate at the sister hotel down the road which is more reasonably priced and less formal. Breakfasts were fine.

We are the most delicious and unusual lunch from the Oyster Bar menu with lovely views of St Michael's Mount. Enthusiastic recommendation - we shall definitely be returning. They do this very well and were happy to have our dog on the terrace.

I stayed at the Mount Haven Hotel with my friend this past weekend and took advantage of the 'Hooked on the Bay' special offer. We absolutely loved the hotel! The room was lovely and bright, the service was really friendly and helpful and the whole experience from start to finish was fantastic. Our special offer included a 5 course tasting menu, lunch at the sister hotel, The Godolphin Arms in Marazion, as well as lunch at the Sail Loft on St Michael's Mount. Often, when you sign up for these sorts of offers, you have to expect a more restrictive menu or smaller portion sizes but we were absolutely blown away by the quality, choice and flavour of the food. It really was a wonderful visit and we are already working out when to come again!

The decor has a lovely blend of East meets West, creating a calming and relaxing ambiance. The hotel has the most amazing therapists and the restaurant offers up the finest food. I can't wait for my next visit. thank you so much S James

I first went here on my honeymoon and I've never stopped coming back. The hotel is very relaxed and informal with amazing staff. The food is really good with plenty of choice. The decor is very contemporary and sets the whole tone of the hotel. Deliciously comfortable beds and a great place to come and relax.

Its a great food place. The linen napkin kinda deal. Even in that gap between Christmas and New Year. Fresh new decor, lots of outdoor seating in the summer. Friendly professional service. Main courses were super great. Generous portions, even if you don't get sides.

Very nice hotel in a beautiful location. Rooms are very clean and equipped with modern amenities. Staff are really helpful. Breakfast was tasty but would like to see more options in breakfast. The hotel offers a great view of St. Michaels Mount. Highly recommended for couples and small family.

A fantastic hotel for couples with truly stunning views. Well worth paying for a balcony. Great service, delicious inclusive dinners and relaxing therapies available too. Also a very good base to explore Cornwall. Highly recommended.
