Enjoyed a carvery with gluten free gravy. No yorkshire puds for me but they looked great. Homemade and very big. Would recommend. They even had a gluten free menu ��
I could not thank the guys at the Rufford more. We had a Halloween party last night in the function room and it went amazing. Alison is a delight to work with and so accommodating with our requests. They put on the most amazing buffet on and even did a vegan selection which was fantastic. They helped set up the room and cleaned up after. Got to thank the bar man as well as he had a busy evening with all of us, but still managed to go above and beyond. We would recommend the Rufford every time. 15 of us popped in for a carvery this morning and they did an amazing job. Can't wait to book again soon.
Had a lovely meal with my family on Sunday could highly recommend the Route 66 steak was delicious will definitely be back for another. My son had the Hunters chicken which he always does he loved that too. Staff was very friendly too.

I Hired the function room for a surprise 50th birthday party on saturday the 25th.... everybody was very friendly and helpful . The room looked great when all decorated. Thanks for a fab night the room was easily big enough for our party of 120 people and the buffett food was also very good . I wil use again 10/10 thank you again . Regards simon

First time here for a carvery and it didn't disappoint. Meats were cooked to perfection for me, roasties tasted amazing. Very reasonable priced for a Sunday carvery.

Love visiting the rufford. The staff are brilliant always happy to help. The food is always great. Rump steak with an egg is my go to. They always have good drinks offers on and the app makes it easy to order and I don’t have to move from my seat.
First time visiting in ages on a fairly busy Saturday afternoon and I'm very impressed. The food was incredible, the staff were friendly and helpful at every opportunity, and the prices were reasonable.
Visited as a family of 6, ranging from 4 - 40 year old, and everyone has nothing but good things to say.
Visited for a friend's birthday. Great service from Mitch and Molly. They have a bottle offer on 2 ciders for £6.50 great deal, and 3 for £8.50 of bottled beers.
We also made the most of ordering on the app and had all our food and drink brought to our table.
They have a great outside space so we made the most of the sunshine 🌞.
Food was really tasty and cooked by ched Ricky thank you. Mozzarella bites were amazing.
We will definitely be visiting again.

A very pleasant large restaurant/ pub, with a v.large car park with electric car charging point avaliable. (Something different).
Had a midweek lunchtime meal together with friends, good clean premises and freindly staff, no cask ales were available but the usual draught lagers, beers and ciders were.. Food ordered from the menu arrived quickly and really hot, also available was a carvery that had 3 prices to suit different appetites. This food was also hot and tasty.
They have entertainment on most nights.

Absolutely amazing we was a party of 19 and all our food was done at the same time all piping hot when served will definitely go again as a group or on my own
Popped in for a pint and some food with a friend. I had the mega mixed grill and a beer. cooked to perfection. The staff Kenzie and Toni were very friendly and made me feel welcome. I will definitely be coming back. They do allow dogs in to which great even have treats on the bar.
Came for food and drinks with friends. Had a great evening. The food arrived quickly tasted great. The staff were so lovely. A credit to the pub. Wish every place had staff as lovely.

Mothering Sunday lunch was perfect!! All of the staff were so friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and there was a good selection of desserts on the menu that pleased us all. Thank you to the Rufford team for making it so special. All the improvements have been noticed. A special mention goes to the lovely lady front of house who welcomed us and the young gentleman who served us at the bar,
he couldn't have been more helpful.

My family and i visited on Sunday, friendly staff, lovely carvery best mashed potato I've tasted. I would have just liked some broccoli or brussels. Value for money too we will be visiting again. Thankyou.
