Good coffee, amazing cake. What more can I say 😋 only reason I did not give full stars is due to an untidy state, but that was not totally the staffs fault they could have done with at least 2 more pairs of hands they were definitely short staffed

I always order online and unfortunately a few of my orders were wrong on missing a few ingredients!!! I love my Caramel with 4xs the caramel more than normal!!! So I called the Shop directly!!! I was EXTREMELY lucky to get through to Lucy A! Not only was she wonderful and helpful she went out of her way to make the drink of my dreams!!! Honestly she made the whole process so enjoyable and while most people just popped an extra squirt, this lady made the exact drink I wanted!! So thank you Lucy you are bloody brilliant at your job, and you made me smile ear to ear!! I know you guys don’t accept tips but I would happily give you a 100% tip if I could!!! So massive thanks my lovely, for providing amazing service with no judgement at all! You wonderful Human you!!! Lucy’s boss, please give her either a promotion or a rise or both!! Thank you so so much!!! I genuinely appreciate everything you do!! I’m sure people will read this and think it’s a tad gushy, but ya know what, actually don’t care!! We all fly around under so much pressure and when someone goes out of their way to make your day that little bit better it really Touches you!! So thank you Lucy, you really did make make my day!! usual high standards - had 2 drinks here within the 3hr visit at the outlet, 1 x coffee - 1 x hot chocolate, worth the trip.
Lovely drink, but the service was slow. This was due to not having enough staff and it was very busy. The staff were pleasant though. Love the pupachino our dog loved it ❤️
