The atmosphere is lively. Music is jumping, enthusiastic. You could never be alone here even at a table for one.
Staff are helpful, smiling. Genuine. Service was quick, felt like ten minutes max but I didn't really notice because I was enjoying the ambiance. Love life.

Out waitress Hannah, was fantastic. She really works hard to ensure that she delivers fantastic customer service and despite being very busy still had a huge smile on her face and was happy to talk to us, without causing any detriment to other customers.

Not ever been a fan after a rubbish experience some years ago.
Our first trip after so long didn't start so good either as we were not aware it was akin to a cafe with go to the till and prepay... when we did grab the jist of it after a little while and then we went full hog modern and ordered on the app!!
I was pleasantly surprised with the flavours of the starters and the mains. Not so pleasantly surprised that I had to supply myself with fighting irons, napkins, sauces etc then to only have to go and get my own drinks.
So, overall it was nice food, I just wonder how long it will be before customers are required to cook the dishes too... and then wash them afterwards come to that.

It's the Nando experience, I get it. Quick serve food for busy busy people.
Competition??? Miller and Carter if you're happy to pay a couple of quid more on the lunchtime special menu wins hands down.
One thing for sure though... the manager was absolutely spot on... taking my constructive criticism on the nose and accepting they have to ensure that the customer is welcomed correctly every time. If you've not been, then go but, tell them it's your first visit when you walk in.

Joe our Server was the best! met us at the door, got us set up and any issue sorted. Advised us on the festive sprouts (add a garlic perinaise, it’s lovely), sorted an issue with the sides (ordered on the app), helped sort our leftovers into a takeaway bow and had a nice natter! The food was amazing as always (new festive maple and orange marinated was a big win) but joe literally made our afternoon! Thanks
Food was excellent and the service was fantastic, food arrived quickly and there was no issues whatsoever. We was served by Charlotte who was extremely friendly and very attentive.
We went with no booking, a little busy around 5/6pm so waited 5/10 mins for a table. Ordered food easy enough no queue and food was of good quality similar to Guiltbrook and Notts branch’s. Gets 5* as we chatted the night away and not once felt like we had to get out or move on. Would visit again.

Walked in at 9 pm knowing the place closes at 10 pm, very fast on the food, more and more people started coming in at 9.30 pm and later allowing them to sit and order, As well as the amazing manager very kinda and helpful, if I could give more stars I would.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Was explained a simple Covid friendly ordered system, which was very easy and didn't have any problems ordering.
Getting drink refills for quick and done in a timely manner and the food tasted great.
Furthermore the food come over quickly and didn't take long at all.
Would defiantly come again while restrictions are in place as was made to feel welcomed.
