Had a rare date night with the husband last night, the service received from a girl called Kylie was fantastic, after my husband's meal wasn't to the best standard she went above and beyond giving us a free dessert even tweaked my husband's to a coffee godfather! Delicious!
Had a lovely evening at Bella Italia Mansfield.
The starters were very nice, main courses were very nice also managed to get in Pudding which is very rare for me.
only one comment I will make is they were a bit quick bringing food out as only just finished starter and main course was on the table before taking starter dishes away...... still give 5 star
Delightful Chicken Milanese. Tender and juicy chicken and crispy breaded coating. The melted garlic butter was scrumptious! Lovely! Every bite made my mouth water.
The Tiramisu was strong in flavour, sweet and creamy. The right amount of sponge. Served like a slice of cake I ate it so quickly I forgot to get a photo.
I'm stuffed!

The outside seating area here is beside the carpark and you might think that's less than ideal but, it's warm today and it feels a bit like a busy street. I like to see life. There's a cinema here, bingo too. Very handy!
We came last night to celebrate my birthday. Also had the opportunity to use a voucher, which was the main reason for the choice of venue. Food was lovely, we enjoyed 3 courses. Chloe M was our server and she was friendly and although it began to get busier towards the end of our meal she was quick to get our dessert order and then payment. Excellent service.
The food was very good for a restaurant chain, food came very quickly.
I've marked the service down, we hadn't booked and although greeted within a minute or two, getting seated took far longer than it needed too as there were 90% free tables! But only two girls working (rotating the bar and tables). I've been here before within the last year and service was excellent.
The restaurant has some nice theming, and makes for a good first visit.
Its was my sons birthday, they provided a banner free of charge (I used the booking notes which they said was helpful for them too). The Hostess was amazing, attentive and talkative, but not overly. Our waitress was lovely clearly passionate and gave great customer service. A slight mishap / accident and food was replaced no quibble. The food was ok, tasty and presented well. Would wholeheartedly recommend. Thank you for making some family memories for us

Had dinner here with my family in Easter weekend, served by Joanna. She was very attentive with my daughter and always had a genuine smile! Thank you so much, we’ll definitely be back. Food was delicious and the ambience was lovely. Quick service and staff were outstanding!

Came on a busy Saturday! Staff very friendly and accommodating. Our meals took a while to come out. The manager kept me informed and was lovely throughout. Definitely be back
we visted today with my family. We had fantastic service from Chloe D. she was polite, friendly and very efficient. Great service. The meals we had from starters to main were delicious. We had 3 differant pizzas and a chicken burger. Chloe came and checked that everything was okay with our meals and even though she was very busy, nothing was to much trouble in getting additional drinks etc. Great service from the manager too.
Lovely experience, best cheesy garlic bread in the country. Fantastic food and great beer. I would recommend the calamari to start, calzone for main and cookie dough for dessert? washed down with a pint or two of Liza (Lager Italiana Semplicemente Attraente).

My son is coeliac and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. They double checked all the allergen information making our visit as easy as possible. An extra bonus that all the food was delicious!

Popped in on a Sunday teatime, first time I'd been since Lockdown. Four of us and we all went for the set menu. Food was tasty, delicious and hot! Service was great, very polite and friendly staff. It's just a shame that in these harsh times it's not as busy as it was before. Will not leave it so long until the next visit.

Nice and spacious chain restaurant next to Odeon Mansfield, slightly hiden between Nando's and Chiquita but worth going to.
Initial impression prices rather £££ not ££, but every penny worthy, even when starters almost matching prices with mains 🙄
Lots of parking arround, shared with other two and cinema but no problems with parking at Sunday afternoon.
Quick reception at door, professional approach by waiter, not too abusive to make a order, well trained to recognise when to approach - not many places have this "old school" standard...
Starters quick to arrive, drinks straight after.
Olives and breads are high quality and fresh, olive oil and balsamic vinegar real ones, fresh with taste and just enough to compliment choice of Italian bread.
Pizza and spaghetti well made, reasonable topped with quick arrive of staff lady proposing fresh grated parmesan on top (always welcome 😋).
Very well managed restaurant with kind waiter service, place where you can - and should - try something by far better and real like near by KFC or Pizza Hut...
Quality and authenticity of Italian cousine close to best, with wide options to choose salads, low calorie or vegetarian.
Very reasonable priced kids menu in three different sizes.

My kids had their 8th and 6th birthday party today and couldn't thank the staff enough.. They have all been brilliant from day one and do appreciate their support. Would recommend them any day any time for a stress free party.. Thanks guys and thanks to the manager and the team, Chole M was in charge a d can't stress enough how well she did. Thanks guys will surely come back xx

The place is nice and is right next to the odeon cinema which is handy. It offers a free car park, but can get busy. The actual restaurant can get busy too so might be worth considering booking a table if there are a large group of you or if it’s a Weekend.
I went on a Tuesday evening so wasn’t expecting it to be too busy which it wasn’t. We went at 7:30 so by the time we had sat down the place had emptied quite a bit.
The staff were all friendly but it took 25 minutes to be asked what we wanted to order. Then another 20 minutes or more for our drinks to arrive and then even longer for the food, so If you’re after fast service, this isn’t the place for you.
There was 5 waitresses/ waiters on and 2 cooks which was plenty for how many customers there were but the actual planning and organisation of the staff was poor and everyone seemed to be doing something without actual getting anything done. Maybe needs organising better.
We used two for one and ordered two pizzas and two soft drinks which came to £17.71 which when you consider the price you can’t really complain at all. I would say good, tasty food, slow service.
Ebony was our waitress & she was great! The service was lovely took her time & was really polite & professional would highly recommend coming for food & drinks!
