The food here is amazing! The Palembang sauce is like nothing we have ever tasted anywhere else. We have never had an issue with the food or the staff here, they're always lovely and polite. The best chinese takeaway around, by far. Thank you to all at China Rose. Great service A☆☆☆☆☆
We moved into the area in 2019 and have been eating here ever since. food is always fresh, full of flavour with my families favourite being the lemon chicken, ribs and chicken wings. Service is always of the highest standards, eager to help and friendly. We have eaten at the restaurant before the world went mad, friends and family were very complimentary. Felt it was about time to place a review. If you're reading this and deciding whether to eat or not go for it you will not be disappointed.
1st time ordering and definitely ordering again food was fantastic! Guy on the phone was very helpful the Malaysian mix meat I had was amazing! The mixed starter was very nice definitely the best one I've had around this area, the ribs were beautifully cooked again definitely at the top of the best around here that I've had and the salt pepper + garlic chips are to die for!! All the food was piping hot very fast delivery and nothing was swimming in oil or fat like some places the chips were crispy and dry no oil drenched in the bottom of the bag. In all very impressed with our meal it was delicious thank you!
Me and my husband have been coming here for around 8 years now maybe more and I can honestly say we've NEVER had bad food ever! It’s always amazing the staff are lovely and it’s just an all round great place

Our first visit and definitely not the last.
Had all you can eat. Vast selection of dishes to chose from. Every dish was top notch. Nothing was greasy as some places are. Even the fried food was crisp and dry. The dishes in sauces were just right, not to thick not to thin. The flavours were fresh, clean and crisp and each dish distinctive in its own right. The drinks (coke and larger) were cold and had plenty of fizz. The restaurant was very clean tables well spaced and not packed in on top of each other. The service was good very friendly and attentative without being intrusive.

We have eaten at a lot of Chinese restaurant across the UK and this is up there with the best of them. Definitely one of the best in the newark and Mansfield area.
We've just had a wonderful birthday meal for our daughter at this restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was excellent! I would highly recommend a visit! You will not be disappointed! Thank you, China Rose for making this a really special time for us!

Went for a meal for daughters birthday last night the all you can eat menu, there was 10 of us they went above and beyond for us the food was amazing and the service excellent, and so friendly. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be going back.

Best Chinese meal I've ever had. Not very busy so the very good service was maybe easier but the friendly staff and excellent service made our evening very enjoyable. I would recommend this restaurant.
