Used the app for the first time but it didn't add our free fries which were part of an offer for first time app use. Explained to the manager what had happened and she just popped some extra fries in our bag without a quibble. Excellent service and the food was nice and hot. Thanks.

It was a McDonald’s, so pretty much as you’d expect. Food was the usual standard, but then went to get some McFlurrys and waited about fifteen minutes for them. Really nice McDonald's. Has electric car charging points and great food and customer service. This franchise knows how to get it right.
Much better than the Nottingham Road / Cinema McDonald's. Definitely worth travelling a few extra miles to get a quick bite to eat here instead.

Attended this McDonald’s today to be welcomed by a lovely young lady named Emily.
It was very busy as usual but we managed to find a seat. Normally we order from the table via the app as my daughis autistic and I don’t feel comfortable leaving her whole ordering from the counter or kiosks.

As expected good service and the ordering of food via the app is good and was easy to and not having to queue but don't side was the food ordering computers were down but did it through the app anyway
The 2 young ladies that served me at both the order window and collection window spoke so lovely, and came across so polite and friendly. They both smiled and seemed genuinely happy to help. Well done to both girls. 1230 ish Wednesday 21st
