Best customer experience service in a while! The 2 young ladies, Sophia and Lucia, who was chatting the whole time we was in the store were excellent! The sandwiches were also very well made! Great assets to the team!

I don't normally write a review unless they are well deserved. I was so impressed with the staff here that I had to mention them. We are on holiday and called here for lunch Rosie and Mahhrji (hope the spelling is okay) we're super helpful and deserve a pat on the back for the service they provided to me and my daughter today. Thank you so much keep up the good work!!!

I’d like to start off by saying that I absolutely love subway. Fantastic place, always great food, a good selection, and a decently healthy option. Now with that being said, we’ve just ordered from this one via just eat and what we got was appalling. We ordered 2 foot longs and a kids sandwich. The kids sandwich never arrived despite being paid for, mine came with peppers which weren’t asked for, instead of the bacon that I did ask for, and to top it off my wife’s sandwich came with jalapeños, which also weren’t asked for. The really bad part.......my wife shared her sandwich with our daughter seeing as though hers didn’t arrive, and my 3 yr old daughter isn’t a fan of jalapeños either. I phoned them immediately to discuss my daughters sandwich, their only answer was to contact just eat and have them refund us, despite the driver questioning a kids sandwich when he returned to the shop, but because they closed in 2 minutes, it was too much to ask him to drive 5 minutes to complete the order. So all in all, a very poor performance on their part. I’m not in a habit of writing bad reviews as I don’t like spreading negativity. I’m not saying to boycott this particular restaurant, but what I will say is that if this is the service they provide when ordering for delivery, I’d take a little extra time to visit them in person to ensure you get what you ask for. As I stated in the beginning, I love subway and will continue to use them. I’ll just collect next time instead of asking for a delivery.

Had a well done breakfast baguette and a late which was freshly done to my liking and tasted lovely. The staff are polite and chatty in general without corporate filters, so quite human. A great way to start the day.

By FAR the best Subway in or around Mansfield. Staff are always friendly and they make the best salads/sandwiches. I have 2 other branches closer to me but I drive to this one as its so much better. 👍

Just had my first delivery from subway on just eat, the delivery time was texted to me to say my meal would be here at 13.21, it came to the minute 👍. Food all correct and tasted gorgeous, will definitely do this again.
