A great asset to Manningtree. Refreshing to see a store with such a sustainable ethos offering healthy alternative to the junk that big conglomerates are feeding to us! Also offers you the opportunity to take containers to refill your staple foods (oats, museli, pasta etc).
Wonderful health food shop. Friendly & helpful staff. Great selection of dried goods. They Have multiple options for healthy non-rolled oats, including Pinhead Oats (aka Irish Oats, or Steel-Cut Oats) for making delicious porridge. They also have fancy nuts in the bulk bins at the back....The Almond
A superb local shop filled with healthy goodies and local produces, run by cheerful people for more than 25 years, strongly recommend a visit, if you are in Manningtree.

I have been using the shop occasionally for several years, but 2 years ago I started a vegan diet, so now go more regularly. They are friendly, have great products and will order stuff in if requested. They have been great during the Covid-19 lockdown, their prices are very good and it is a pleasure
