Belting take away not native to Manchester or the North so a bit of a find. Staff were fantastic, food was great, the cost is great. Tried pizzas, wings, fries, mocktails the lot and really impressed with it all. The only teeny tiny complaint I'd say is that cans of pop are a bit pricey for my liking. All in all if I'm back that way and get chance I'm definitely going back ♥️
First visit today to Big John’s (حلال).. lovely staff.. and food was just amazing.. loaded fries were 10/10 and so was the pizza.. also tried strawberry mojito which was so refreshing👌🏼… price was reasonable too.. defo added to one of our favourite places 😍😋😋
Amazing service! My toddler was having a tantrum and they gave him an ice pole on the house which let us enjoy our meal, calmed my toddler down and then allowed my toddler to eat his dinner! Staff is really polite and very helpful, we got two pizzas and they were both full of toppings, usually a lot of places are stingy on their donner meat but my pizza was full and delicious! Our mocktails were delicious too, prices are very reasonable! Atmosphere is great too very lively and a lovely view of the main road! Brought some pizza home too. Will definitely be back :-)
Consistent every single time - I've dined in and ordered via Deliveroo since it was opened and they haven't let me down when it came to taste and the quality of food.
I've tried Big John's smashes burgers, loaded chips, supreme chicken burger and Asian style pizza.
The staff are very friendly and I got the opportunity to meet and chat with the regional manager too.
They take feedback seriously and always looking got perfecting their recipes by giving you a feedback form to fill in.
I've not been dissapointed so far and I hope they keep up the high standards.
1st time eating here and gotta say I was impressed. Had the mixed kebab with fries and have to say the Chilli sauce is🔥🔥🔥best I've had for while..prices were reasonable ..like the look of the pizza so may try that next time

Newly opened @bigjohns branch in Manchester 📍 7 Wilmslow Rd, Rusholme, Manchester M14 5FT… they also have branches in Leicester & Birmingham.. no parking however plenty of side roads to park on, and they do take card and cash payments.. their is a cash machine a short walk if needed. They have indoor seating or you can do take out, and also have toilets in branch too.
they have a number off different options on their menu including burgers, fresh pizzas, Donner, wraps and other items! (attached picture of the menu if your like me and like looking before you go somewhere I couldn’t find the menu anywhere) ordered: ‘Asain style pizza’ which was chicken, lamb Mince, red and green chilli, onion and mix peppers - all pizzas dough is made from on a stone oven giving you a authentic Italian style stone baked pizza 🍕 (£7.50) .. ‘Mixed Donner and Fries’ big johns kebabs are made with their own unique herbs and spices served with lettuce, tomato, onion and Mayo. (£5.00) … ‘Spicy Chicken Supreme Burger’ which was a chicken spicy breaded fillet served with lettuce and Mayo (£4.50) .. 🥤 ordered the ‘Strawberry Mojito’ which was sweet, tangy and refreshing (£4.00)
This new spot is defo a shout inn Manchester, the food was 10/10, large portion sizes and cheap prices (student friendly) I think our meal cost just over £20.00, which is very cheap considering the amount we got however the quality of food and service was 10/10.. will 100% be back to try more the menu.
Very clean place, fresh food. Had eaten "Big J" burger. Even through it was on a pricey side the beef rivals five guys in quality and beat them with price. Fries were fresh and nicely made and even staff is quite nice. Really hoping that quality wobt drop over next few months looking as place just opened. Update: i used few more times. I had ordered pizza and its absolutely amazing pizza for the buck! All burgers are amazing, the grilled chicken supreme overflow with sauce a bit but is amazing otherwise. Today i had issue with chicken wings and strips. The wings i ordered were lime and herm. Sauce was very intense and i didn't managed to taste chicken much but were very juicy. Stips were dry but manager apologize and get me new strips. They were piping hot juicy and i had received extra drink on house. Their strong card is pizza. Amazing and tasty!
Went there on Christmas afternoon, quiet. The cash girl was lovely, food was quick except the pizza have to waited a bit longer. Great price for such tasty food.
Loved the food. Im a big fan of their chips. And sizzling hot pizzas. Piping hot. Would definitely recommed. And revisit.
