My boyfriend took me for lunch during our weekend in Manchester, and honestly, the place exceeded expectations. The waitress, a delightful woman, added a personal touch. The food, though not overly generous in portions, boasted incredible flavors. Don't miss out on the roasted cauliflower and baklava cheesecake—they're a must! However, the overall experience lacked a bit of that authentic, homemade charm, signaling its chain status. The restaurant maintains impeccable cleanliness, and the stylish furniture could grace a magazine. Despite the subtle lack of authenticity, it was a thoroughly enjoyable meal.

Fantastic! A slice of Middle Eastern cuisine in Manchester. A night out with friends to this restaurant will be worth every penny. The disco cauliflower is the review raving topic and hyped by the staff - probably because the revenue and mark up on cauliflower is a money maker. It was good but there were far better dishes in my opinion. Like the beautifully charred steak and the whipped goats cheese. The fluffy pitta and smooth hummus… everything was delicious. Also a great venue for carnivores and veggies alike, there is so much choice for all. Die hard meat eaters won’t even miss the minimal meat offering. There’s enough to choose from and keep everyone happy but the veggie options are so good you don’t miss meat at all. The venue itself is clean, attractive and minimalistic. Staff will guide you through the menu unpretentiously and give you advice on where to get boozy after in the area if you aren’t familiar with your surroundings. The bar is well stocked and offer an array of drinks as well as offering cocktail classics. Book here, you won’t be disappointed.

The menu is really wonderful. Nice twists and great flavours, we also really enjoyed the special menu cocktails. The staff are super friendly and the atmosphere is great too. The music is just the right volume (some places are so loud we can’t have a conversation! But here is just right!) also the lighting is really suitable too. We underestimated how big the portions were and over ate! No regrets though! We shall be back very soon

I always walk past this place but never make a visit as most of the menu is vegetarian but after they reintroduced the Sunday roast I decided to give it a try. Was definitely worth the trip and would definitely go again, we got the falafel which was great and the roast dinner was amazing, it adds the core favourites of a Sunday roast but also adds a good touch from the spices which you would never expect from a regular Sunday dinner which makes it very unique. It was super enjoyable and the service was great also which surprised me as it was much better than I expected!

Came here for the Sunday roast on father's day since they won't be serving their roasts again until August! We ordered falafel for the starter and it was amazing! Very light, crisp on outside yet soft on the inside, so many flavours from the sauce, to the couscous, to the hummus.. and just so delicious! The garlic aioli flatbread was also very fresh, hot and tasty! It went with the hummus and falafel very well! The roast on the other hand was just okay.. The chicken portion on the roast although had nice seasoning, was just so tiny with barely any meat! The beef portion was generous but was really tough and chewy despite it being served on the pinker side. The vegetables tasted quite fresh although the parsnips were very bitter and woody - I actually had to spit out of my mouth 😅. Overall, it was a nice lunch out as it was quiet, clean and the staff were very attentive and service was fast.

If you are a big eater, then you have to order 2-3 dishes per person. (Thanks to Jules we knew this. He is damn helpful). The disco cauliflower is overrated but their goat cheese, pita bread and pork cheeks are very good. But know what’s worth killing for? Their crispy sweet squid dish. We tried the bread pudding which was heavenly.

Really nice selection of different small plates, with some larger sharing-style ones. I was really really impressed with the creativity and quality of each dish, which is sometimes not that common in tapas style restaurants. Would definitely recommend the falafel sharer and the fried chicken. Really good service and they have a hassle-free system for paying/splitting your bill which you can do your self

The falafel dish was superb along with its salad, hummus and the pitta bread. The sweet potatoes were just okay. Wonderful atmosphere and friendly staff. Portions are small so you might need a few dishes per person. We each had a big falafel dish meant for 2 plus an extra dish to feel full. Overall, a lovely place, we'll definitely return to try more from the menu.

Brill. I visited here for a business lunch in August 2023 in a party of three. We each had 3 dishes and I was pleased that the portions were actually real amounts of food, not tiny little snacks. The whipped goats cheese, falafel and fried chicken were really excellent. Service was friendly and swift. It’s a good place for a working lunch - not too loud but still has atmosphere. Definitely will be back.

From start to finish, absolutely no faults. As soon as we sat down our server (shout out Morgan) proper looked after us. He promptly brought over the water, asked if we'd been before, went through the menu and suggested pretty much the right amount of food to order (5 between 2 people) The food comes out as its ready but there was never a point from the first dish arriving that we didn't have something to be eating. All the dishes had something about them that made them stand out. The sea bass was the favourite though, there's something in that sauce and the seasoning was spot on. Highly recommended and will be coming back to try some more of the dishes.

Lovely setting and super friendly staff. Loved the vegan menu. Just seemed to take substantially longer for the vegan things to come out compared to non vegan. The aubergine dish was well recommended, super tasty!

One of the best meals we've had in Manchester! Incredibly tasty food, with a fantastic vegan selection (we aren't vegan but only ordered from that menu because it all looked so good)! It's tucked away in a quiet square, so is easy to miss, but you'd be a fool not to go. Our server was also lovely and gave great recommendations from the menu - make sure to check it out the falafel sharer and the fried aubergine!

Really nice vibe and the food was delicious! Plenty of options to choose from which were different from other restaurants in Manchester. The halloumi and the cauliflower bajis were my favourite, will definitely be back to have those again. Staff were also very friendly

Spacious, comfortable and with good service (well apart from forgetting one of our dishes - very apologetic). Much more comfortable than Maray Liverpool, but the food was better in Liverpool. Despite being more pricey than my typical lunchtime choice I'd happily go back.

I came here on Friday and it was just as good as ever. The food was amazing (highly recommend the carrots, prawns, goats cheese and Boquerones). The service was also second to none, with a specific shout out to our waitress, I didn’t catch her name but she had short-ish ginger hair, you were the best! My parents couldn’t stop talking about you when we left. “Can we order some cocktails?” (I’m sure she’ll understand!). The best place for small plates in Manchester.

Nice new addition to the Manchester restaurant scene. Small to medium tapas. All of the food we had was delicious. Lots of vegan options. Cocktail menu looked good too although we didn’t have any. Staff were all friendly and attentive and the atmosphere inside is super nice. Great for date night. Recommend.
