A nice place in corn exchange area serving authentic Greek food with pretty waitresses who are really sweet.
Their yellow fava with their Greek flatbread is to die for and so is their ambience.
They also provide a wide range of Greek drinks, and beers to ensure your taste palette stays elevated with the taste of food.
Great restaurant and great service. There is a vast menu to cater for all tastes. Everyone who worked there were friendly and professional. Food was very tasty too. Hallumi fries and lamb meatballs were both worth a mention
Went last year with friend and service was slow and chaotic. Yesterday whilst in Manchester on a shopping trip alone I thought I'd try it again. The new menu was ideal on a hot day for a light lunch. Seated inside as too hot in the sun and no umbrellas (the waitress explained the ones they had were too heavy to move outside! ). Service good and prompt and lunchtime menu seemed exceedingly good value. I had Greek salad with feta and pitta bread with salad, pork and the obligatory chips. Water and a glass of cold white Greek wine and water came to the princely sum of £11.50! As a light lunch it would take some beating. Thoroughly enjoyed the food and the waitresses efficient and very pleasant. Thank you!
Welcoming pleasant staff who needed to be more attentive to customers needs - one of the mains arrived quite a while after the others, also we weren't approached for deserts/coffees. The food was amazing, and when you had the staffs attention they were very informative and know their food and drink. Will defo recommend and go again.
Came here today for brunch and we had two wraps. The bread was hearty and the veg was fresh. The fries were perfectly crisp and the chicken and hallumi were cooked and seasoned perfectly. The atmosphere was great, good music was playing and everything was clean and nicely decorated. The staff were super welcoming and friendly and the host was really funny. The menus are great and very accommodating of vegan and vegetarian diets. If you are looking for comfort food this is the place for you.
I decided to give this place a try, and I was not disappointed. The restaurant's atmosphere brought back fond memories of my hometown in Greece. The food was not only delicious but also of exceptional quality. I highly recommend trying the loukaniko, and for dessert, don't miss out on the Greek custard pie (Galaktoboureko). It’s our first time visiting the restaurant today. And we have a very nice experience. Firstly we got notified by the waiting staff Paco that we had to wait for the food for 30 minutes. It was very a good thing because most of the hosts of the other restaurants will just sit the customers down and let them wait forever. He is very polite, welcoming and professional. The waitress Olga who served us today is also very friendly and informative about the cuisine we ordered. Waiting time for the food was a bit long, but we were ok with it. We would say the service of this restaurant was better than the food. We will definitely come again because of that. Guys you did a great job!
What an amazing place! Me and my partner went right after the pride to have some food before we hit the after party. The food was amazing, staff was amazing, atmosphere was amazing, I can’t fault it at all! Special shout out to a girl that looked like a manager (very tall, hair in ponytail and green top); she took our order and told us she walked the parade, and gave us wine to taste before we went for a bottle. The waitress that serves us had a colourful hair and couldn’t do enough for us! Thank you for making us feel welcome. We will definitely be back!
I had some work to do in Manchester and decided to give this place a try. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The staff was not only nice and welcoming but also incredibly attentive, making sure all of my questions were answered promptly.

The food was tremendous. Very delicious and great for sharing.

Came here for dinner and we left really happy. All the meze tasted great and so did the wraps. Dessert really tasty too. AMAZING service from our waitress Crystalla, very friendly and polite, helped us a lot choosing the food and suggesting desserts. Recommended
My first experience of The Real Greek and really impressed with the food although my pint of lager was not cold. The menu states that three or four dishes are ideal for each person but in my opinion three is enough. Book a table, you will not be disappointed!
