Love this takeaway, always super fast local delivery and friendly staff - especially the lady who usually answers the phone and is always so cheerful. Even with price increases, the food is still really well priced.
The vegetarian options are amazing, the bean curd/tofu in particular is delicious

Bit of a find this one . Tucked away in a corner of Harpurhey/newton heath . Salt & pepper prawns and salt & pepper chicken to die for . Wanted my food extra spicy and they were more than happy to do it. Can get quite busy on the weekend.
My favourite Chinese takeaway. Order from here most of the time and the food has been amazing. Would have given it 5 stars, but today the food had an unbearable amount of salt in it. Oh wow the wok express, has been going for years I have been going since I was a girl, and I am now 53 , excellent customer service and,the food is being cooked on site fresh by uniformed chefs . simply the food is fantastic.thankyou for saving my food soul during lockdown

They made a comeback, i went here with my family and we all enjoyed it. Service speed is faster than normal restaurants and the flavour is amazing.

I've really struggled to find a chinese place that I like. My friend suggested The Wok Express and I'm never going anywhere else! The food is absolutely amazing and it comes quite quickly! I highly suggest this place to any and everyone!
