Really pleased with the cake I ordered with Josephine. I was initially struggling to find a cake of the size I wanted. Josephine helped me work out the size and stacked it in a 2 tier shape which is exactly what I wanted. Cake was of the perfect thickness and we found flavour vs sweetness very well balanced. Also the cake was very well presented and was an instant hit with the party. Would definitely order again. Just a suggestion that there be more details on the website like flavours/ photos etc. Thanks

The cake was fantastic! I ordered a cake from Josephine for my wife's birthday, the whole process was really quick and easy with the cake ready to collect in only a couple of days. Josephine was really helpful throughout, couldn't ask for anything better.

Josephine made me a gluten free (GF) birthday cake for my 60th birthday. She was very friendly, helpful, responsive, discussed ideas and interpreted what I wanted well. The cake looked beautiful, tasted delicious, fed about 25 +portions and was gorgeously moist. The non GF eaters didn't realise it was GF until they were told! I would definitely recommend. Josephine’s cake was delicious. Cake was made to order. Josephine was able to deliver a cake as seen on a photo that we sent her and layer the inside exactly as we asked. Excellent communication. Cake was ready on time agreed. Fabulous presentation, nicely sliced (generous pieces and cake leftover to accompany our coffee the following day) and unbelievably tasty. It was made for my daughter’s special day (Holy Communion) and catered for a group of 14, a mix of kids, teenagers and adults. Everyone in our party was asking who made the cake, as it made a great impression. Kids loved it! I would definitely recommend Josephine and ,of course, I will be placing an order for a cake again.
