Really friendly and welcoming staff. Good beer. Unfortunately when we went, there were far too many dogs lying around the floor preventing easy access to the bar. Some dogs were very big. Six children were in and out of the bar constantly and their company of adults were unfortunately using regularly the ‘ f’ word in the children’s hearing. Such a pity because the bar is a great asset to the area. The bar staff are very helpful and friendly and the atmosphere is very good. It’s a pity that some allow the bar to be a dumping ground for their children allowing them to constantly run in and out of the bar disturbing other drinkers. Maybe it’s advisable to choose carefully when you visit. In fairness though the bar and its staff are first rate.

Nice little cafe-bar offering delicious milkshakes, coffes and a great assortment of drought and bottled beers along with wines, spirits and soft drinks. Friendly staff, dog friendly and good food. Nice for a coffee during the day or a drink with friends and family at night.

More of a retro pub feeling. The staff was really friendly and welcoming and the food is tasty too. A little expensive but worth it .

Good beer (bottled continental, plus cask) and whiskey. Some outdoor seating early evening overlooking the park. Very competent and personable service - thanks M. Family friendly in a continental European way; no play area obviously or anything like that, but an atmosphere that is accommodating to children.

What a plus, at last, a great little bar in Flixton! This place is ran by the same folk as Brewchimp Urmston so if you like that bar, and you should, you'll like here too. Really good selection of drinks and a relaxed atmosphere. The interior of the bar has white tiles on the walls which provides a cracking clean but retro feel. There aren't too many seats available so get here early at busy times. Well worth the walk, great place to while away a cosy hour or two.
