Excellent pizza. One of the best in Manchester without a doubt. The base is chewy, perfectly cooked in their pizza ovens. Fantastic tomato sauce, I have seen them making it fresh from whole tomatoes and well seasoned.
We weren't aware that this place was inside the market.
No qualms though.
Had the fennel sausage pizza with fermented chilly. Got a garlic aioli to dip it in.

We went here twice on our trip to Manchester. Pizza was super thin crust but really authentic and super tasty. Seating in a huge space with several eateries, wine and beer bars. Each of them well worth trying.
