Wonderful coffee shop with great tasting coffee and equally good food!
Popped in with my dad for a quick bite as I had to skip breakfast. We opted for a latte, accompanied with avocado on toast and the french bread with cream and berries. The portion sizes were good and the flavours excellent.
Great spot for weekend brunch with your other half or friends. Food is delicious, exceeded expectations. Great coffee too. Stocks Oatly. Nice and minimal interior design. Friendly staff. You can place your order through the Grindsmith app whenever you are ready, nice option to have. Recommend.

Great coffee, I tried their black coffee several times there is taste consistency. Smooth and flavour full, perfect to wake you up in the morning! Tried their oatmilk latte twice which was nice as well.
Also I Loved their peppermint infusion, wasn't a tea bag peppermint as most of cafes offer, it was real proper peppermint tea "Recommend ".
Yummy dishes! Tried both French toast and buttermilk pancakes.
Item prices are decent!!
The place is clean, comfy to sit and work at or just to meet someone. One of the very few cafes in Manchester that I don't smell like food when I leave even though I sat in front of the kitchen.

Toast with avocado + smoked salmon + poached egg was delicious. Good coffee. Free bottle of water at the start. Everything was served in a very nice way. Friendly staff. I'm very satisfied with my visit 👌
Dam fine coffee! Seriously tasty brew. I had a flat white with oat milk and it was simply awesome. The buildings interior is spotless white, with gold trim. I did feel a bit of sorts in my manc uniform parka. And it’s going to be interesting if it stays looking this clean! But I digress. Did I say the coffee was really good? Oh and so was the service, nice friendly staff. Cake selection a bit miserable if you are vegan, but again, that coffee! Highly recommended, in a different league from any chain stores.
Superb coffee, wonderful food and a lovely space. I enjoyed a couple of coffees and a breakfast there this morning, cheaper than the breakfast offered at my hotel and miles better! I’ll be back
It's a better flat white than the chain coffee shops. You can see them crafting your order rather than just making them. Not a cosy coffee shop but maybe the high end design is lost on me. The cake and pastries look good but a bit pricey compared to rival indipendant coffee shops.

I love this place for working and/or taking a nice cup of coffee. The place is very minimalist which is quite intimidating but I really like it. The staff is great as well!

A cool space. Good to work in as there are individual seated areas (less good if you're on video calls as there's a noisy atmosphere sometimes) and really nice to sit with a friend too.

Food choices are minimal. The cakes are okay but not up to the standard of the coffee. There are occasionally pastries, but nothing more than that. A really simple savoury menu (sandwiches, toasties or something) would be amazing.
I like independent coffee shops and walked past this place, it looks really modern and sleek inside, minimalist in design. The coffee is really good and strong here, and they have wireless phone charging on the tables and free wifi! I didn't see a menu anywhere so I wasn't sure what options they have for food or coffee, so I just ordered an Americano which was good. Staff are friendly, overall great.
Great coffee, good place to drop in mid dog walk, there's usually seats free that are perfect for a dog and their human :-)

This is my favorite coffee shop in Manchester! Always love this mini cafe , the difference between this one and the one in deansgate is that the one here is more cozy and local vibe. Good for being alone or for a re-focus/ re-energize. I love come here to work/ people watching / meet up with friends or Relax and listen to the fine selection of music. The cappuccino here is absolutely fantastic! The staff are extremely friendly and chill. I would come here everyday for my flat ! Yay for local businesses!
