A little gem in the area. I enjoyed the atmosphere and customer service from the staff. There are lots of little things which might make you smile, like the Lego salt and pepper shakers.
I ordered a latte and it was nice and smooth. The coffee went well with the small full breakfast. The only disappointment was the sad looking bacon.
It's a pet friendly place.
Visited on several occasions recently for breakfast, as working nearby.
Food was very nicely cooked, service was friendly & efficient, despite on occasions the place being very busy.
Eclectic decor, which made a pleasant change.
Quirky indie music soundtrack playing which I also enjoyed.
If I lived nearby I'd be a regular for sure.
Heartily reccomend a visit if in the area.

A great place for cheap coffee and breakfast in Didsbury. There are lots of restaurants in this elite little south Manchester village but they are all far too expensive. FFS is good and very popular without having to check out if it is a good place.
Best scrambled eggs in Didsbury. Great friendly vibe and the staff are lovely. Very good value too.
Tasty breakfast barm and scrambled egg on toast for our breakfast with a cuppa this morning. Good choice for breakfast on the menu including veggie options. The gentleman who served us was very welcoming and chatty. Great decor and enjoyed the background music too. Definitely recommend.
We've been coming to FFS for years and the service is always excellent and the food is always well cooked, tasty and made with quality ingredients.

First visit, dog friendly, warm and friendly environment, very polite and helpful guy serving and coffee was the best I’ve tasted in the village. Oh, and the music and ambience was excellent!

Probably one of the friendliest and most welcoming cozy places in Didsbury village to have a wonderfully delicious breakfast and a great coffee. Do not miss visiting this place.

The HUMAN touch! Passing through the area for an appointment and had some time to kill so dropped in for a coffee. Unprepared and without any cash I ordered a cappuccino mentioning could I pay on my card?
It’s on the house, was the reply!
No only was the coffee delightful, but I will be forever grateful for the kind human touch which comes at a tough time for me personally.
So thank you, good guys like this are a breath of fresh air and I suspect as the other reviews suggest, this place and it’s warm & friendly owner will go far!

Quirky decor? Absolutely. Probably A Front For Something then. Looking forward to my Brunch. Enjoying an Irish tea, and that's quirky in Manchester (probably grown in India though). Would I recommend you drop in. Absolutely.

Great decor and service, does a very reasonably priced breakfast style menu. I havent had the full breakfast there but the sandwiches always hit the spot when hungover. The long bench seat at the front is a perfect spot for people watching too.
Loved the name so gave it a chance and very glad that we did! Absolutely the best cafe fry up I've had in a long time. The meat was excellent, no rusky pastey sausages there! Coffee was great and all served with a friendly smile. Highly recommend
