We ate here this evening and have experienced the best customer service we have had in a long time. It was our youngest son's birthday, unfortunately his meal was forgotten in the kitchen and the replacement when it arrived was the wrong meal. The staff couldn't do enough to make up for the error. T

It’s a Wagamama. We know it’s standard. However, I would recommend this place for its service. Obviously it’s youngsters. But these ones are well behaved and socially groomed.
Parking is free.
This restaurant is nice decorated as a Japanese high end bar. The waitress are friendly and helpful. They served us very well. The food really tasted as likely as East Asian style. We enjoyed there very much.
Enjoyed our first ever visit at the Didsbury restaurant. Welcomed on entrance with no wait.
Dan was our waiter who was attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. I was uncertain of what I was ordering and Dan talked me through the different dishes.

One of my favourite coffee places in the Manchester . Really nice atmosphere and chill place. Friendly staff, good quality food and great coffee. Highly recommended.
Good food, speedy service. Did have an issue with the waiting to be seated system... Others were seated before that had arrived after... Turns out we were missed off the list...
Went during covid so there was quite a big queue, think I queued for 30-40 minutes but it wasnt too bad as the weather was nice.
The seating area had screen dividers between customers on the bench.
The gentlemen who served us was very friendly and recommended some desserts to us which we enjoyed.

An all round great dinning experience. The food was absolutely amazing, as usual and the service was second to none.
Vegan friendly - great choices. The avant gard’n is great (560 calories!) and also the Yadav pad tai. Green tea is free!
Decor is lovely. Warm and cosy with really nice booth seating and benches.
Staff are friendly and attentive.
Last Sunday we were let down by delivered so headed to wagamama at didsbury to eat in instead. We told Rick the manager about what had happened and he couldn't have been more helpful. Infact all the staff were great and the food was superb. Well done didsbury you saved our evening 👏🏼
Gorgeous dish. Very well presented. Restaurant is clean, disabled friendly and caters for couples and families alike. Asked to move to a booth as stools were not very comfortable but they did move and resanitize the tables. Pleasant experience this is my second visit.
Excellent food and service back in October 2021. I hope that the service and food will be just as good when I return in ten days' time.
Edit: returned on the 26th of February 2022 and the food and service were just as brilliant despite the fact that there were ten of us and not just two! No picture
The food was amazing and brought out very soon after we ordered, the staff were amazing, there was nothing I could fault from our visit tonight
