Really nice place. The food was amazing. Well presented and very, very tasty. The staff were exceptional. Very friendly and engaging. Chatted without being intrusive and answered questions about the food very well. The food menu options were good However, some dishes were far out of our price range. They did offer a set menu which was very much worth the money, as well as a "Back to Work" menu which was only £15, contained only one option for each course, but still had great food. We only bought one drink, a mocktain, which cost £9 and, although nice, wasn't worth the money. However now we know about the pricing etc, we would return for a special occasion.

An absolute standout restaurant and dining experience. There's no question in my mind that this is one of the best restaurants in Manchester. The decor was fantastic; from the theme to the artwork to all the little details. It was just a beautiful room, and it made the meal that much more memorable. The food was just ridiculously good. The fish there was the crispiest I'd ever had. So light, and the fish itself? Just melted. But beyond the food, the service? Stellar. From the moment we stepped in to the moment we stepped out, the attentiveness, manners, and genuine friendliness of all the staff made it a standout. To me, a restaurant can never be great if the staff are lacking, and the reception we got here cemented this establishment in my book as one of the very best. So kudos to all the staff there; they really are such an asset and I truly hope I get the opportunity to dine there again.

Had the best Sunday dinner ever here this weekend. The roast beef was delish. The waiter and wine guy were a funny duo also. Really made us laugh and added to the experience. Thanks guys. Very reasonably priced food and wine/drinks for the quality also. The restaurant is lovely.

This was far better than expected. I'm not one for 'expensive' or 'pretentious' places. Expensive yes, pretentious no. Wonderfully presented food that tasted amazing, excellent and attentive (but not overbearing) service, and set in this incredible space - and all just tucked away behind Market Street. Of course I'd always prefer more vegetarian options, but what I had was really tasty.

Highly recommend this restaurant. The venue is beautiful. Very attentive service and the staff were really knowledgeable. The food was excellent. Couldn’t fault a thing. The Black Forest Choux bun was one of the best desserts I’ve ever had. Will definitely return again.

After visiting Tom's other restaurants I was expecting quite a lot, and I wasn't disappointed. We arrived for an early dinner sitting. The staff were very slick and friendly. They were more than able to offer advice on food and drink pairings. The format is tapas-like, with a selection of small, and slightly less small, dishes - like tapas and raciones. But the fare is very British. Everything we had was excellent. The highlights for me were the pig's head croquette, and the sticky toffee pud. My wife loved the baked potato and raw beef - she's still talking about it. The duck liver parfait was also excellent, as was the venison chilli (incredibly rich and packing flavour). We're looking forward to returning. Yes, it's not cheap, but not ridiculous for this level of cooking. We all left very very satisfied and stuffed!

The hype was real, absolutely stunning Sunday roast. Those carrots 🤤 those roasties 🤤 that lemon meringue pie 🤤. Stunning location, great service from the team and outstanding food. Will definitely be back.

Returned after a great experience on opening night. We decided not to book and to sit on the stools looking into the kitchen. Cannot be faulted again, the service was impeccable, with recommendations of personal and diner favourites for us to try. The menu had been slightly tweaked from our previous visit so we tried some new plates (Pie, Burger, Salt Cod egg) along with three we just can't get enough of (pigs head, mussels and chips with extra gherkin ketchup). The sticky toffee pudding was a delight and a perfect way to finish the meal. I'd definitely recommend trying to get a seat at the kitchen, seeing the chefs at work and the intricate detail of everything they do is fascinating.

Most people in our party had the lunch special menu which included ceaser salad, with fish and chips. This was really nice and amazing Vale for money. I went for the duck parfait followed by the roast duck. All of which was incredible. A special mention for chips which where huge and super crispy. Wine selection is broad. Staff friendly and very attentive.

Beautiful place, complimented by the gorgeous food. Service was impeccable. Massive thanks to Roman for his attentive nature and whole friendly demeanour. Had a fabulous evening and would definitely recommend and will be revisiting in the future. 😁 Wish I had taken more photos of the food but I was too hungry 🤣

What a lovely restaurant. Shame we weren’t in Manchester long enough to have lunch/dinner. But we had probably the best breakfast ever for our pre grand National feast to set us up for the journey to Aintree and whole day. Top work Tom and team 👏🏻. We will be back!!

Nice menu based on Tom's "Coach" set up. Restaurant is spacious and food tasty. Monkfish is the standout dish for me.
