Absolutely delicious breakfast! My husband had a hard time choosing what to have! I had a pancake stack and a delicious caramel latte. We went on an early Sunday morning and sat upstairs as downstairs was already full!
The staff are very attentive and friendly.
We were visiting Manchester for a gig the night before, Gutted there aren't any Moose coffees closer to us in South Wales!
Busy Saturday noon, but we were promptly served upon arrival and I noticed how quickly the servers cleared the table when customers left. Found out two of their servers had quit but it didn’t affect the service attitude of those remaining. My oat latte and eggs benedict’s were okay but my husband’s club moose was a little underwhelming. Guess they made up with its generous portion (it’s good for sharing). Please go with a proper expectation of a coffeeshop, not a restaurant and I promise you’d leave very satisfied.

Really good coffee. Service was great. Dishes are not really authentic North American cuisine, but still yummy. Atmosphere is a little cookie-cutter, but the location was clean and well maintained. There was a regular flow of folks coming through. This would be a good place to bring kids and can accommodate young patrons. Has gluten free and vegetarian as well as vegan options.
Very cute place close to the station. Has indoor and outdoor seating.
The menu is quite large so you will find something you like, though there are only a few themes, so it is all fresh and quick to make.
The staff were very polite and attentive, and the service was quick.
The coffee is great, and the food was delicious.

The food was of a really good quality. The portions were huge! The menu choice was brilliant - you'll always find something you want and, if you're like me, you'll always have something new to try on repeat visits.
Service was inattentive - not the place to come if you have a deadline or a train to catch so allow extra time. After sitting for over 15 minutes without a drink or food order being taken I had to get up and ask for my order to be taken. The staff were available and not running round serving other tables - if you're hungry i'd suggest deciding what you want before you go and ordering with the server who sits you!! 😄

Had a great brunch at Moose, the portions were huge and the food was delicious. Every member of staff greeted us, made sure we were looked after and even toon their time to ask about our day and plans. I’ll be visiting again next time in Manchester.
Got to love Moose! Time and again we've been here and never, ever disappointed. Meg and her team did a fabulous job serving our party of 19 for my husband's birthday breakfast. The team were friendly and attentive. The food was exceptional and an absolute win for all our guests!
