Had a very good experience ordering from here this evening. Hadn't been here in 3/4 years as I felt they'd fell off a bit - usually go to Miamis/Shake Bee but tried here after a while due to the queues. Got a spicy burger meal with wings which was delicious, made exactly like the good old days. Looks like they've got new managers/owners - I will definitely start coming here again.
Really good spicy chicken burgers! The original one in Manchester, just like Miami really so no point waiting in queue! Only thing is best to go when fresh ones are coming out!

Ordered on just eat it arrived on pushbike all over the bag and one item wrong, i took it back to shop and the full order was replaced and we were given free drinks too, credit where credits due
Spicy Burger when it's fresh off the fryer is great! Be polite with the guy and he'll give you good service 👌
Shame only one person serving, 25 minute wait while two other customers got served. Chicken the best but sorry not worth the wait. Employ more staff.

Visited shortly after the re-opening. Went just before iftar time so likely the food was all fresh with the higher demand. Spicy chicken burger with extra mayo and cheese was delicious and fresh, not too spicy. Wings are a bit pricey but are large compared to other chicken places. I think they've gotten new chips which is good because these were really tasty and well-seasoned, the old ones were quite rubbish. Also recommend the amazing gravy, tastes just like KFC!
Overall would really recommend, burger can get quite messy though!
There's chicken and then there's Kansas. Been coming here for years now. Staff is professional and to the point. People complaining forget it's a take away. Staff is busy and can't chit chat. You order; pay and collect ur food...Thank you.
If you are polite they even give you fresh chicken from the fryer. Being polite goes a long way.
Their combo meals are great.
The double chicken fillet burger dipped in chicken sauce is second to none.
Also if you like wings; get them dipped in the chilli sauce; you won't regret it.
Giving 4 stars as I wish I could sit and eat there; the shop is massive and if they planned it right they could have have seating space too. Also rarely at odd times the chicken can be dry like others have suggested.

When that spicy chicken burger is on point, there is no place I'd rather be.
Even though these are rough days riddled with fierce competition and hygiene controversies, I am always ride or die for kansas fry.

Kingsway has best hot sauce, burgers are decent.
Handforth burgers are ok and sauce isnt nice, its sweet n not very spicy, gravey is worst.

How you get served and quality of food depends what time you go there and who serves you.
The spicy chicken burger when fresh ia very nice. The place looks like its a had a revamp. Been modernised a little which is nice. If you like your spice. Get the spicy chicken burger with cheese. Have to mention it at the counter and get a tub of chilli sauce with the burger to dip the burger in the sauce. When its fresh and spicy sauce is thick it is to die for. There's also things there for pallets which may not be able to handle the spice.
