No.8 Hot Pot Restaurant: A Culinary Gem in Manchester! If you're on the hunt for an exceptional hot pot restaurant in Manchester, No.8 Hot Pot is an absolute must-visit. I recently had the pleasure of sampling their cuisine, and I was truly blown away! Here's my positive review of this hot pot have
The food was brilliant, well presented, and a lot of care had gone into the preparation. The downside to this restaurant was around the price (quite high for a hot pot) and the additional costs added for the sauces/spices. The standard tends to be a collection of different ingredients that you can
I love their hotpot broth, especially the clams one. Their cuts of meat just melts in the mouth. I don’t usually get the pork but the Iberian pork was nice. I also love the prawn paste that are homemade and nicely seasoned. I like it for the quality, compared to other hotpot places.
Very authentic chinese hotpot restauant in the middle of Manchester. Staff very friendly, helping you with the procedures.

We travel from London only for this admirable Chinese hotpot. I should no other restaurant I had before can reach this standard. If you in Manchester, highly recommend!
The presentation was impressive, customer service outstanding however, the oysters didn't quite meet the freshness standard
I've eaten a lot of hotpot and wow, this is fantastic! Great service, quality food, lots of options for vegetarians too. What impressed me also was the sauce and condiments, which is so important in the hotpot experience! Highly recommended.
It was a great experience to try the hotpot; this was my first time. We have attempted to use tomato & mushroom bases and different kinds of meats with it. Everything was delicious! The only negative is about ventilating; it was not enough.
We traveled all the way from Newcastle, honestly, the food was amazing! I'd totally recommend the Liberia pork slices, beef shanks, and wagyu, not to mention the coconut chicken and the Sichuan spice mix pot, you won't find these meats for hotpot anywhere in the north. The service was fantastic too.
