Great place. Probably the 1st pub I tried and met the landlady right away. She was extremely nice and the place had decent drink prices. Great atmosphere and people. As a American traveler it was a very interesting place to come upon. Only recommendation is maybe add a little security on the busier

Popped in when I was cycle touring along the Rochdale canal. Very friendly local pub with a good pint of Guinness. I came in on Sunday night they 3 young lady's behind the bar was very lovely and well mannered they was very welcoming and polite the pub in a whole has a great atmosphere and I will definitely be coming bk again 😀 👍
