Lovely side spot in Manchester just out of the way enough to not be overpopulated. Very friendly staff with beautiful seasonal decor and a grand facade (great for photos). Food arrived fast, beef steak was a little tough to cut but nothing to mark down on, table was a little small for the platter sizes however. Overall happy with the service and food, slightly pricey but still a good visit for a gathering meal or event.

Great service. Nice ambience. Food is alright. Enjoyed lamb chops and wagyu sliders. Chicken Biryani was decent and I would recommend medium or spicy. I saw other people order specialty items like stuffed lamb which looks intriguing!

Went to zoak for dinner all the way from šŸ“Peterborough and I wasn't disappointed. Food was absolutely delicious šŸ˜‹. Atmosphere was nice and staffs were friendly. It's a bit pricey but I don't care if the food is good. I tried lamb Shank Biriyani, it was so flavourful. The presentation of the Biriyani was stunning. Must try 10/10. Prawns Biriyani was good as well. 9/10 Prawns curry with naan 9/10 Mixed grill 10/10 I loved Pina colada 10/10 Overall everything was good. (Poppadoms was finished before I took the picture šŸ¤£) Will visit again when I'm in šŸ“Manchester..

Rama Jeyam makes the greatest cocktails, mocktails and drinks. Loved this place , decor was amazing! Owner himself so friendly! Deserts were unreal! Wouldnā€™t change anything about our whole experience at Zouk. YOU MUST GO!

Heard about this place through a friend, I was visiting UK, so I thought I would try it. Booking was online and easy enough to do. The Sunday roast was the main reason We went. It was ok. Full trimmings served with it. The menu itself had Asian food as well as the twist with English roast. The restrooms could do with some attention! Don't suit the rest of the decor! The servers were attentive and I would recommend Zouk and visit again.

The ambience is pretty nice. We ordered biryani, butter chicken bao buns, tandoori prawns and mixed grill. Tandoori prawns and lamb chops were my absolute favourite. The flavour is amazing. Overall food is good but quite expensive. Donā€™t recommend getting the butter chicken bao buns.

Was recommended to go for lunch by a friend and was not disappointed. The Tiffin lunch menu was perfectly proportioned and priced. A delicious selection of small chicken (and a lamb) dishes with bread and rice. We couldnā€™t resist an additional plate of chargrilled King Prawns. Itā€™s a big, smart space - although going through some refurbishment (this didnā€™t spoil the experience). Terrace space for shisha in the summer). Added the ā€˜photos at my last visit!

We ate here after a hike, service was great I asked for hot water and they swiftly brought it. I ordered the Mango salad which was decent, mango chunks could have been smaller! Also add a dash of avocado maybe? Yum. Bindi was lovely. Naan was particularly nice and so was the chicken jalfrezi. You could get similar food else where for less, but service is pretty good and cheerful! Would recommend.

Finally, my search for a halal Sunday roast in Manchester led me to Zouk, and it was an absolute delight. I had been craving this comforting meal for a while, and the Zouk Roast Platter for 2 exceeded all expectations. The platter featured a tempting trio of flavors - a whole roast poussin, succulent roast lamb, and flavorful topside of beef. Each meat was cooked to perfection, tender and packed with delicious aromas that made every bite a pleasure. The meats were complemented by a medley of seasonal vegetables that added a burst of color and freshness to the plate. The roast potatoes were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, capturing the essence of a classic Sunday roast. The spicy gravy was the perfect accompaniment, bringing a tangy kick that enhanced the overall experience. And of course, no Sunday roast is complete without Yorkshire puddings, which were light, airy, and oh-so-satisfying. The attention to detail and dedication to halal cuisine at Zouk Tea truly stood out. The flavors were authentic and comforting, providing a homely yet elevated dining experience. The platter for 2 was generous and satisfyingwe shared it between 3 people with east, leaving me thoroughly impressed with the variety and quality of the dishes. Overall, Zouk's Sunday roast was a triumph, fulfilling my long-awaited desire for a halal option in Manchester. If you're seeking a halal-friendly Sunday roast that's both traditional and distinctive, I highly recommend the Zouk Roast Platter. It's a feast that brings warmth and joy to the table, and I can't wait to return for another delicious meal

Had a fabulous birthday meal for my husband. We ordered a full lamb and shared it between 9 of us. Safe to say, we had a lot of takeaway bags so we will be eating lamb for days!! But thatā€™s not a problem as it was delicious. Thank you to all the staff for a fabulous meal
